“We had Tim mount and add wireless speakers to multiple TVs in our house and also look at our current internet configuration/speed. We couldn’t be happier with this his service and professionalism. He responded to our request promptly and was able to come out for a consultation shortly after that. We booked him to do the work quickly after that and was able to do everything quickly and efficiently. When there were supplies that needed to be ordered, he kept us updated on the status and made sure we knew what he was doing and his timeline. We have since had Tim do more A/V projects at our house and will continue to use him indefinitely. I would highly recommend him for all your A/V needs.”

“Randy built a theater room in our home 10 years ago. He did an exceptional job! Last year we asked Randy to come back and give our theater an update. We love it! The quality of Randy's work is evident in the picture and sound of the movies. We have a fairly small space to work with, but Randy was resourceful and thoughtful to come up with the best solutions for our space. In addition, Randy is kind and respectful, as well as reliable and honest. His workmanship is top notch. Our house is the place our friends want to be to watch the Big Game or enjoy a movie night.”

The shades are great, quiet, attractive and functional to keep out light without darkening and harmful UV rays that are not good for floors or furniture. The staff were polite and efficient. They made sure before leasing I was happy with the product and installation.”

“We worked with a technician named James for a free consultation and he later returned for an install. He did a great job! We are not tech-savvy and were not convinced that we really wanted/needed smart home tech. James was understanding, clearly explained how it worked and what solutions would be wise for our needs and our home. He explained it clearly without being condescending or pushing like a used car salesman. The free consultation got us excited about outfitting our home, and we asked him to return a few days later for an install. He was efficient during the install and was able to get all of our new devices working quickly. He took the time to show us how to set up each device, and showed us how to use them. He even hooked up our Roomba to our new smart home (we already had a Roomba to clean up after our dogs, but we were physically pushing the button on the Roomba to start its cleaning cycle). He was not asked to hook up the Roomba, he just noticed it was not connected and offered to help. Overall, excellent job by James on getting our house updated with smart technology. We would highly recommend him and Local Intellitech.”

“Colorado Tech Works is a great company to work with. They are very professional, reliable, and meticulous in their execution. Keith was patient and knowledgeable when helping me select the best products for my home. They installed 2 TVs, a HD antenna, and a Sonos sound system (which I love). The installation went smoothly, and for someone who isn't the most technologically savvy, CTW was great to work with because they took the time to explain everything in detail. They also did some electrical work for me. My furnace was on the blink just as it was getting cold. I called a local HVAC company and they wanted to charge me quite a bit of money for troubleshooting and a replacement part. They actually recommended I replace the entire furnace. I called Colorado Tech Works for a second opinion and they determined the problem was in the circuit board and charged much less for a simpler repair. My furnace works beautifully now. Can't beat that! It's so nice to work with a company that cares about quality and integrity. I highly recommend CTW and will definitely use them again.”
