Ana did a fantastic job staging my listing. I had tons of compliments from people going through my open house. I truly believe that without her it would have been much harder to sell the home. What can I say? Multiple offers and in escrow within a week of staging by AccentPositives. Escrow closing in a few days. I am convinced it was because the home was staged. AccentPositives was reasonably priced, gave us a complete package including photos and staging and de-staging were all done professionally and promptly. Highly recommend.

I decided to sell my house in September which is traditionally a poor month for home sales. Additionally, the market was slowing, there were 88 houses for sale within a 1 mile radius and many of those had been on the market for multiple months. I began researching staging to determine if it might give me an advantage. I came in contact with a hugely popular Orange County designer, but she did not work in Riverside. She told me that she recently saw some pictures on the internet of work done by a woman in Riverside County that really impressed her. Her words - "If I couldn't do it myself, I would pick this lady to do my house." Although she didn't know the designer she was able to locate the pictures again and give me the company name. That's how I found Ana! Fast forward, I received 3 full asking price offers and was in escrow within 2 weeks after putting the house on the market. Ana was great to work with. She managed everything, I just had to stay out of the way. Her contract is straightforward. She's very detail oriented and meticulous which I love! There is absolutely no doubt that her design talents set my house apart from the rest and facilitated the quick sale. While doing my research many people offered opinions that staging wasn't necessary and I should save my money. You know what? I'm so glad I chose to stage the house and I'm really glad I chose Ana to do it. Those other houses for sale in my neighborhood have either dropped significantly in price or they're still for sale.
