I can't say enough good things about BK CCH Stagers. Betsy Konaxis leads this team with a depth of knowledge in the field and outstanding follow through. Upon our walk through, she gave us excellent advice on how we should "prime" the property with minor repairs (remove these hooks, curtains, etc.), what colors to paint various rooms, and what to leave. Her instincts were dead on. We signed the contract and she handled the rest We raised our family in this house and after 23 years, it was unbelievable to see what it could look like as a model home. Parts of it made me laugh. All of the furniture was white, which no one with kids would ever own, but it created a sense of open space and light. Removing the unnecessary curtains did the same thing. In the end, the pics on MLS and Zillow made our 85 year old house look like something from architectural digest. The staging was a success. We are now under P&S at an excellent price. Words can not express how grateful I am for Betsy and her crew! There is no doubt in my mind that her staging was the reason I received 6 offer all at or above asking in the middle of a pandemic to say the least. The winning bid was $32,000 OVER ASKING!! Before listing I went back and forth deciding whether it was worth it to stage the property. The condo was vacant since I had already moved into my new home. I am a real estate professional myself and a colleague had referred BK to me so I took a chance. The day of staging popped over to take a look and WOW! I felt like I was on an episode of "Love it or List it" ! I told Betsy if the condo looked like this before we listed we might not have sold!
