The real estate market has changed from the last time we bought our house 35 years ago. We are at a loss what to do to prepare the sale of our house. Janet came to our house and made a list of what we need to do room by room. This down to the details of light fixture, curtain, carpet, paint colour and removal of furniture / items off the counter.
