Occupied consultations start @ $150 and include written staging plan. Vacant staging cost includes a one-time staging fee paid up front and covers move-in, move-out, and all time associated with the project. Furniture and décor for vacant homes are leased on a monthly basis at the discretion of the seller. We typically pro-rate the first month based on date of installation and can pro-rate on the back end as well through the client's NC due diligence date once the home goes under contract.
