Riegle Home Staging and Redesign

Cynthia requires a $120 consultation fee to come look at a staging project. We were excited to work with her and agreed to pay the fee given that she came highly recommended and could meet our timeline. We sent a check through the mail following the consultation, and she ghosted us for a week, never sending the contract that we had discussed for the full job. When she received the check, she told us that she was unavailable to do the job at all due to other clients and travel that had come up. I asked her to refund the consultation fee and she would not. We were really disappointed with the experience.

Cynthia staged our home in Free Union, VA and we were extremely delighted with all that she did. She rolled up her sleeves and started moving rugs and furniture from her first visit! She used most of our own things for the staging, and those that she recommended we purchase have turned out to be items we love and want to keep. She has a great eye! She was always timely, responding to our questions immediately. We've been so pleased that I've asked Cynthia to help us with interior design in our new home. She is a delight to work with and I recommend her most highly.

I actually met Cynthia when she came to my home to purchase art I was selling. I immediately hit it off with her and her amazing eye she has for decor and furniture placement in a room. During her visit, we went from discussing ways I could change the look of my home to moving around furniture. Within a matter of minutes, she had transformed the look of my great room in a way that I had never thought of in the 8+ years living here! She offered a lot of suggestions which I am thrilled to pursue! It is apparent that she loves what she does and that she is a natural! While planning several renovations, we felt overwhelmed. But, Cynthia easily divided the project in doable steps and helped us to prioritize. She carefully listened and quickly took action to help rearrange furniture and provided color scheme and style suggestions. Her design tips and ideas helped build our confidence to tackle the projects. Cynthia’s personable and easy manner changed our outlook, on the project, from dread to delight.

Cynthia was great and brought a designers eye to our home before we put it on the market and had photos taken. She worked quickly and efficiently and made suggestions to improve the look of not only the house, but also the surrounding property. Her changes made a ton of sense once done, but I would never have thought of them on my own. Well worth the money, and highly recommended!

I've had Cynthia help me with two houses via a "mini-staging", meaning she consulted with me for ~1-2 hours at each place and she gave me many ideas that I could implement myself to make the houses sell better. They did make a huge difference once implemented. She also picked out paint colors for different rooms and we were happy with the results.
