Delivery issues… if you put down $12k on a hot tub… at least deliver it in the time frame we were told or at the very least call with updates as to why the delay… I regret going through Caldera… and from the reviews I’ve read there are issues with the tubs… I’m hoping that’s not the case… I guess I’ll just have to wait to see if that’s true… going on 7 months now…

Buyers beware Caldera spas a very expensive and you would expect good service and warranty work from them....well that is not the case I purchased a high end spa from them and have been waiting 2 years and have yet to have a single person come and inspect the numerous problems I have with the spa. Customer service is essential with a complex spa but dont expect it from this company.
