Virginia Leisure- Pools, Hot Tubs, & More!

Doug and the rest of the staff at Virginia Leisure were very courteous and professional. Doug spent a lot of time with us over the course of several visits. He was very patient as we picked out the right hot tub for us. He was very knowledgable and knew the answer to all of our questions. Would highly recommend this store to anyone interested in purchasing a hot tub.

My wife and I spent several months and visited several local establishments before returning to Doug at Virginia Leisure in Chesapeake. He and his staff were always Professional, courteous and never in a rush to "make the sale". We discussed all brands and models offered at this facility and comparisons to other brands and companies elsewhere. After visiting the other establishments we returned for a fourth visit and eventually settled on our brand choice. Next we review all the models and different levels of entry within that brand and thankfully were steered clear of the model we thought we wanted. After selecting our model he put us in touch with local trusted contractors to evaluate and perform installation. Since installation Doug and his staff have always been available by phone or in person to answer any questions about use and maintenance. Of note is that not only are his initial prices very reasonable but necessary supplies after purchase also are competitive. We recommend he and his staff highly.

I worked with Doug when I bought my hot tub and KamadoJoe grill. He was always straight forward and helpful. I especially liked the fact that he did not try and put the other brands down. His recommendations were spot on. Shortly after installation, there was a small glitch in the programming of the spa and Doug came out and worked overtime to ensure it was corrected and I was 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend Doug and Virginia Leisure to all who are in the market.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Always pleasant. When I have problems with my pool or hot tub they sell me what I need and nothing extra. Doug spent alot of time with me answering questions and showing me the different functions of my hot tub. This is the only place I buy my supplies from. You wont be disappointed with this place.

Virginia Leisure is so easy to work with. They (Nat) helped me pick a spa that would fit my needs. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive etc. The delivery process went smooth. I did have a minor issue a couple of months after having the spa. Nat came out personally and the problem was fixed. They are great on the sales and service side. Would recommend Virginia Leisure to anyone looking for a spa.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, low pressure staff sold me a Bull Frog spa about two years ago. If you want the best spa get a Bull Frog. Comparing the way they are manufactured with others will show you they are worth a little extra money. They also sell less expensive yet very nice spas of other brands but I believe only Virginia Leisure has Bull Frogs in the area. You get a discount on all future spa chemicals and free water testing. I think they are great and have other things to chose from such as grills, pool tables, above ground pools, and saunas from what I have seen there. I would definitely buy from them again.

Doug and the staff at Virginia Leisure have the most outstanding customer service I have ever experienced. We experienced some issues with the water in our hot tub foaming and Doug came by the house after the store had closed on a Saturday to help us figure out a solution to the problem. They have always been most helpful any time we have gone into the store to buy chemicals or get our water tested. Would highly recommend them and the products that they sell!

I purchased a Bull Frog hot tub/spa from Virginia Leisure and have been very pleased with the product and service. The biggest challenge of my install was getting my spa up to a second floor deck. The staff visited my property and assured me that they could safely and successfully get the tub to the upper deck. Everything went well and I have been very happy with the product!
