I have never used a decorator before, but I wanted help with a new house where the living spaces were open to each other and needed to "flow". I was having a difficult time starting the project, but Sharon was able to show me colors and styles that work together without looking like you just bought a room from a furniture store. She has helped me incorporate some new ideas into my style, and came up with solutions I would have never thought of. I definitely recommend Sharon for her sense of style and also because she is such a pleasant person to work with.”

Flora was available to discuss all of my design ideas when I needed her, and she even took the time to take the paint colors I was considering and manipulate a picture to show all of the different ways I could use not only the color I wanted, but accent colors and where in the room it would look best. She made it easy to understand, and made sure I had the best options for my home so I could design it the way I had always dreamed of. She provided me with a lot of great ideas, and was there to help me when we were considering buying new furniture. I'm pretty cheap, so we didn't go through with it, but she took the time to still let me know that if there was anything I needed for the house she would help me find it, buy it, and even help show me how to decorate myself so I have a better idea in the future. “I hired the Decor Coach to help me rearrange and come up with a design for my master bedroom. I felt my room was awkwardly shaped and my furniture was big for my room. After I contacted Jodi, the decor coach she sent me a questionnaire to fill out before the session and also guided me to this website for inspiration. She arrived right on time and I gave her a very quick look at other rooms in my house so she could get a feel for what I like. She made gave me a checklist of things to do that would help me be organized and not overwhelmed by my designing task. We discussed in depth about the order in which things should be done and how to implement the list when designing my room. We skimmed though websites, photos on her ipad, paint swatches she brought as well as some fabric swatches. She help me pinpoint my style and taught me the importance of knowing it in regards to shopping. She came up with a couple of ideas on how to place my furniture and even sketched a layout for me. I gained a lot of knowledge in a 3 hour session. I'd hire her again anytime and would definitely recommend her to others. Jodi certainly loves what she does and it shows through her professionalism and delightful personality. By the end of the session she had learned by style and pointed me in the direction of stores that would fit my needs. Overall I had a wonderful experience.”
