She LISTENED to what I wanted, really listened, and asked questions to make sure we were both on the same page She was patient, kind, and understanding and was able to gently push me in the direction she knew I needed to go there has never been a decision she helped me with that I wasn't completely satisfied with For the items we needed to purchase she provided a variety of different options to meet my budget but made sure the lower-cost options were still good quality and matched the look we were going for Money was not her main focus, it was making sure I was completely satisfied Her timely follow-through on getting things done was greatly appreciated She has now decorated every room in my house but one and that's next!
