Sandy really helped us with layout and design. She came to see the 1980s rancher house prior to us taking it down to the studs. So pleased! Sandy came to our home to help us lay out furniture and decorate with what we already own as well as plan for what we need to additionally purchase and paint. After a few hours our home was literally transformed and had become stylish and much more inviting and comfortable! And Sandy integrated many pieces of furniture and a large rug into our home design which we did not think we would be able to use. It’s just gorgeous! And now we have a packet from her with mood boards and suggested items, wallpaper swatches and paint chips so we know how to move forward to complete our projects. As a strata manager, it was a pleasure working with Sandy. She was asked to assist with a refurnishing and upgrading project at one of our buildings in Port Coquitlam. This was a 46-unit complex built in 2008, which already started to look obsolete on the interior. The Council of this building wanted to proceed with the painting of the common hallways and carpet replacement. This was the point where our company proposed the involvement of professional designer services, as there was already a history of good cooperation between 2b Ventures and Strataco. Following an onsite inspection, there was a meeting with the council on product consultation, where Sandy presented several color and texture options for both painting and carpeting, along with her recommendations. After the completion of the project, Strataco received a lot of positive feedback from the council and owners for the desginer choice we have made. Over the years I've traveled to Africa many times, and it was so important to me to have my African artwork displayed. You chose colors that work perfectly with my art and my furniture, chose lighting to complete the look, and arranged electrical and painting contractors to do the work. Once the painting was done you hung all my pictures where they'd look the best -and they look GREAT.
