Stefania is a creative designer who listened to our ideas of what we wanted and came up with plans to make the outcome lovely. She let us know what the design cost would be as soon as she had a developed design. AHG is organized into a team of people who divided up supervision of the tasks involved in the remodeling project to insure its successful and on-time completion. She brought quality contractors into the project who delivered good results. Before any work began, we were given a day-by-day calendar that indicated who would be in our house and what they would be doing during the 3-month project. We are enjoying the final product!

Stefania Skrabak and her team were fantastic to work with. They have not only the design expertise but also a list of top-notch subcontractors to finish our job in a timely manner. They are all masters in their trade. We initially contacted Stefania to assist us with our outdated family room. She came to our home and assessed that our needs were not being met with our current configuration in our kitchen/hearth room. After seeing Ben's architectural plans to reconfigure the kitchen, we saw how it made sense to utilize the space we had and add an eat-in island to help solve our storage problem and add seating around the island. The cabinets we selected are not only beautiful but built to last. Stefania had all the best contacts to complete our project. She thought of so many big and little things we would have never thought of. We are so appreciative of Stefania and all her staff for the dedication and professionalism they displayed while working on our project. They handled all the scheduling and most of the details of the project. While it wasn't cheap to complete this large scale project, we feel it is worth it as we will live in and enjoy our home for many years to come. Ultimately, we did an almost entire first-floor remodel, and we love it. As Stefania predicted, we are using rooms we never had spent time in. I personally loved working with the AHG team. They worked with my antique collection and made our living room look magazine perfect. Our new furniture in the kitchen area is more contemporary and traditional, featuring my favorite color...BLUE. I feel as if I moved to the ocean with this gorgeous kitchen.

Of all the interior designers I have worked with during the past 50 years, the AHG team was by far the most organized. We received a detailed schedule of who and when each subcontractor would be working in our home. The subcontractors always left our home clean and picked up when they finished each day. There are not enough words to express how well this project was handled. AHG decorated and renovated my condo from the ground up, helping select all the furniture, accessories, and color palette. All their contractors were excellent and their management of the project was very professional and well done. In addition, they were just the nicest people to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a decorator .

Stefania does it all with me in mind. Elegant, functional, beautiful. I used AHG for the window treatments throughout my house, furniture and furnishings in my great room, and the kitchen furniture. I am so happy with every piece. She took time get to know my space, my family, my style, and my color and material preferences and put it all together for me. She takes care of you after the fact, too. When the string broke on one of my window treatments it was taken care of so quickly after I called. You get really great customer care with Stefania and her people. She is now working on my master bedroom, laundry room, and office and I just can't wait to see everything completed! I'm positive I'll love it as much as my great room and kitchen.

.I worked with Stefania and AHG, after purchasing my new home two years ago. I knew what I liked what I and didn't like, but when it came to decorating an entire house, I needed professional help! Even though I was unable to describe in words exactly what my style was, Stefania completely nailed it! I am now in the process of relocating to the Catskills; my home was on the market for less than a week when I got an offer I didn't expect----They are buying it FURNISHED!
