I cannot begin to say enough good things about Francia's work! She truly has wonderful taste with color. She transformed my home with her beautiful transitional paint and floor selections. My house looks better than ever! Her paint and color selection was spot on! Never has there been so much harmony throughout the whole home. All in One is exceptionally aware of minor details, I am certain that her selection and style will last for years to come. I cannot Thank you enough!

Francia has helped us decorate and upgrade our house for a few years now. She has an excellent concept about aesthetics and superb color choices for the interior, exterior and general decor and finds unique things to make the house look best it can. I hired All in One owner and designer, Francia Fusik, about a year ago. I was having my kitchen remodeled at the time and knew I wanted to totally remodel my family room and eat-in kitchen dining area afterwards. I had seen Francia's designs in several magazines in the Orlando area and really liked what I saw. I gave Francia pictures of furniture, styles and colors that I liked in advance. She pre-shopped furniture and lighting stores in advance which was such a time saver and stress reliever for me. At each store she selected I found everything I was looking for and all in one day. Her knowledge of products, excellent eye for color (one of her specialties), working relationships with store managers /owners, and design style made my remodel fun and easy. Her suggestions for window treatments were spot on.....things I hadn't even considered before, but loved, loved, loved when they were completed and all the pieces and parts of my rooms came together. She went with me several times to help pick out wall art and accent pieces not only for my family room but my new kitchen, as well. Francia was at my house when each furniture piece or drapery treatment was delivered to make sure everything was done correctly and properly positioned. She met all my deadlines and budgets and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. In addition to being extremely professional and knowledgeable, she is such a nice and gracious person. Even when she is juggling many customers and projects at the same time, when she is with you she makes you feel like her whole design world revolves around around just you. She always makes you feel special. Can't wait to work on my next project (living/dining room) wot Francia and All in One.

Francia has great vision and can see the potential in home that you may not see. She has a great eye for color and what will look great, but fully respects your personal preferences. Ultimately, she wants to make you happy, but guides you to choose pieces that will create a beautiful end product. She knows how to work within a budget and can create beauty at any budget. She knows where to cut corners on budget and where to spend to create the most effect. She usually started me at the lower price end to find something I liked, and only took me to the higher priced things when I didn't find what I liked. She took my project from construction to décor and was a joy to work with. She still is! I won't do another home project without her!

Francia is a very professional and inspired designer. All of her work reflects the dedication and expertise that flow smoothly from her thoughts to the pallet that is someones home. I have seen her seamlessly coordinate all aspects of a remodel as a conductor conducts a choir.......directing all the contractors to achieve the desired goal of Beautifying the customers home. Her designs are timeless, elegant and always tasteful and classy but yet always unique and fresh.

We were very happy with the results. My daugthers room came out beautiful. The projet was done in the time frame that it was promissed it was above and beyond what we expected. Francia is passionate about her job, she and staff treated us with a high level of professionalism and commitment totally to us and my daughters needs.

All in one decorating did the interior designing for my new house. It was Wonderful to work with Francia-she is amazing and spent a lot of time with us. Making sure both me and my husband were pleased with the results was difficult (since we often have a difference of opinion) but she managed to do so with gusto- even when it meant going back to the drawing board. She was very patient, worked within our budget, and is very easy to work with. I would definitely use her again.
