Amanda Friend Interiors is a full-service design firm specializing in creating customized residential, commercial and yacht interiors. Amanda has over 22 years of experience and is the founder, owner and principal designer of the firm. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Art and Design from Washington College, a Bachelor's Degree in Art History from Washington College and Interior Design Certification from Temple University. Amanda has completed a wide range of interior design projects along the East Coast with a primary focus on Delaware, Delaware Beaches, Philadelphia, DC, Annapolis and the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Interior design is her passion and she welcomes any projects no matter what size.

Amanda Friend is a true professional. She makes a point of listening to your ideas and your vision and suggests ways to bring them to fruition. Her knowledge of space, proportion, and placement pulls everything together. Amanda is extremely prompt in answering questions, suggesting furniture pieces, picking paint colors and giving you confidence in your choices. She is respectful of your budget and makes it her goal to stay within it. Having the ability to mix styles, colors, and a little whimsy makes Amanda fun to work with. I would highly recommend her!!!!!!!!

Amanda Friend's designs transform! Everything she touches turns to beautiful! She took our drab 1950's bathroom to a spa-like retreat complete with walk-in shower, beautiful window covering, the perfect statement-piece mirror and a lovely tile and marble combination that looks modern and in keeping with our home's age all at the same time! Ms. Friend can work with your contractors or provide them, is expert at design and can provide everything from a consultation to a complete renovation. We highly recommend hiring Amanda Friend Design for home design changes that you will love for many years to come.
