Liz and Kim (in the background) from Bari Bax did a fantastic job with designing the interior space of our new home build. We are extremely happy with the way it turned out. Liz was our main contact and she was very receptive with incorporating our ideas into the build and wasn't shy to give us her feedback. They took care of designing the millwork, choosing colours, materials, lighting, finishes and some furniture pieces. During the build, I had difficulty choosing colours and finishing materials on the exterior of the house and Liz was able to help me with that as well. This team comes Highly Recommended!!

When we met Liz, we had just had a disastrous experience another designer and were cautiously looking for some assistance to help complete a first-floor house remodel. At the time, the first floor of our house was gutted, and we had no kitchen – we were in desperate need of help but were not interested in entering another relationship with a designer that required a sizeable retainer that we had no control over. Finding Liz was a blessing – from the start she was approachable, easy to work with, and always made herself available when needed. We had had no idea where to begin, but Liz was able to sift through our preferences, get a sense of our design tastes, and work within the confines of our budget to help us achieve our end goal at our pace. Knowing that she was there to guide us through the process put us more at ease, as she was able to ask the right questions to the suppliers and highlight aspects that we would never have thought about ourselves. Furthermore, she allowed us to pay hourly for her services which enabled us to easily manage our design budget without any surprises. I highly, highly recommend Bari Bax Designs to anyone interested in a professional design service with a personal touch. We truly believe that we would not have achieved the outcome we have without Liz’s help and we would not hesitate to use Bari Bax for any of our further interior design needs.

My husband and I just finished building a home and was introduced by our builder to use Liz and Kim. We had no clue where to start and what to pick. Thanks to Liz and Kim! They were there every step of the way and helped us from start to finish. They knew exactly what our taste was and picked everything that we loved. Their expertise and communication was easy to work with and was always on top of everything. They are very detail oriented which is really important. We really enjoyed working with them and highly recommend them. If we were to ever build again, we would definitely use them and recommend them to all our families and friends.

Working with Liz and Kim on our kitchen and dining room renovation was a great experience. They were professional, product knowledgeable and fun. It was easy to pick out colors when the whole palette was laid out in front of us and the results are beyond our expectations. Loving every minute of our new space.

My wife and I purchased a house last year, and did a complete reno down to the studs. Naturally, we had no idea where to start, and fortunately we were introduced to Liz and Kim of the Bari Bax team. This was the first reno of this size for the both of us, so it was huge learning experience and rather daunting at the same time. Liz and Kim's expertise and lines of communication definitely made the whole process a smooth and enjoyable one. Everything they selected for us was bang on, and according to our taste. There is SO MUCH material, finishes, and options to look at, that it makes it almost impossible to do a large reno within your timeline without an interior designer. Bari Bax has all the right connections to all the vendors you need, which is clearly a result of all the hard work they put in for their clients. The next time we do another reno, or have family and friends looking to do one, it will be with Bari Bax Designs!

After 3 attempts of trying to redo parts of our kitchen on our own, we decided to call in a professional to pull things together properly. The Bari Bax team is definitely that...professional! Great to work with and the result was a kitchen that looked brand new and most importantly one I loved. With that, we continued onto 2 bathrooms that enhanced our house tremendously. I am very detail orientated and everything was perfect. I would absolutely highly recommend this team!

We recently did a complete renovation of a 25 year old townhouse before moving in. Liz helped us every step of the way and provided invaluable advice and design input. She's easy to work with and has a good collaborative approach to include the best ideas from everyone. She really got creative and saved us a couple of times when construction obstacles seemed to force poor compromises. The end result was stunning. I'd be happy to work with her again.

Liz of Bari Bax Designs did a fantastic job of designing our new kitchen and providing the product for our new condo. Her design was a different (and better) layout than the original and made far better use of cupboard space. My wife and I purchased a two bedroom condo in Coquitlam a year ago. The building was 30 years old and had the original kitchen cabinets. We knew that an upgrade would be required! I took some pictures and sketched the layout with some dimensions and Liz did the rest. To save money, I used a cabinet installer friend of mine and assisted him. The order was complete and went together perfectly. Just prior to and after the install, Liz followed up to ensure that all went well. It did! I would highly recommend Liz and Bari Bax Designs!
