After three years of living in a new construction I needed some advice on how to pull things together in our main living space. Courtenay Becker to the rescue! Within two hours, Courtenay assessed our family's needs and helped me come up with an action plan to achieve the look we desired. I am thrilled with her suggestions on everything from rug selection, to dining table style to paint colors. Not only does Courtenay have an impeccable sense of style and knowledge of design, but she was also a joy to work with. I won't hesitate to seek her guidance for future projects.

I've worked with Courtenay several times over the last few years, consulting with her both in my home, and in my studio. She was always incredibly helpful, and an extremely good listener, and would synthesize my needs with her perceptions, coming up with solutions which were well within my budget and just plain beautiful. Her taste is simply extraordinary, and her knowledge nonpareil. She helped us specifically with window treatments (a gem!!) and had a wonderful eye for Scale. I honestly can't recommend her highly enough...I almost want to redecorate just to have more projects on which to work with her!

I needed help arranging a lot of prints on a specific wall in my dining room. I didn't know how to go about it so I called Courtney Becker for assistance. She graciously came and organized my prints and pictures and the wall looks fabulous! She is also helping me to find prints/paintings/and photographs for another wall in my living room. She is guiding me in my selection of art work as well as arranging what I have chosen! Courtney is knowledgeable regarding artists and is very professional about how she goes about organizing and making suggestions of what will go with what! I would highly recommend Courtney to my friends and am planning on using her services again when I paint my downstairs living area this coming summer.

I couldn't have asked for a better decorator. I asked Courtenay to come out to give me ideas for updating my first floor living space. Although my project was small and low budget she gave it all the care and attention one would give a much grander project. She is very knowledgeable, excellent with color, has a wonderful sense of scale, balance, harmony and flow and is mindful of budget. Besides that, she's fun to work with!

CDB Home is providing comprehensive interior design services for our new home. The scope of the project includes selection/purchase of paint, wall coverings, rugs, curtains and furniture. I used CDB for a full bathroom remodel. Courtenay was very knowledgeable and provided me with many design options by price point. I had waited many years for the bathroom of my dreams and Courtenay was able to understand and retrieve the look/feel I had imagined into a reality. As an example, I fell in love with a vanity design that required a cabinet maker to build it from our design. She found the cabinet maker and followed the project through from start to finish and I couldn't be happier with the end result. She also arranged and met with each contractor so they fully understood the scope to ensure the quotes would be the final cost (no surprises). Any changes to the job and quotes were first approved by me before any changes were made to the original design. I truly enjoyed working with Courtenay. Her passion for design and desire to make sure I was happy made this a fabulous experience for me. I could go on and on... but the main message is that I love walking into my bathroom everyday; it's so clean, bright and beautiful! Thank you Courtenay! I'm happy to share a few pictures (although I don't have all the finishing touches completed yet).

Courtenay was amazing! This was my first experience with a designer and I can honestly say I will never make a major purchase for my home again with out consulting with her first. Courtenay has an amazing gift of being able to visualize what a room could look like and guiding you in that direction, even if you don't see it yourself in your mind's eye.
