Jayne was a pleasure to work with in every way. She was an excellent listener and communicator which resulted in a beautiful space exceeding my expectations. Jayne is multi-talented and easily handled any challenge. The staging design she did for the condo was stunning. I had so many compliments and positive reactions. We had multiple offers within 4 days of listing. I am certain the staging increased the appeal and thereby the selling price (6.25% above asking). I will definitely work with Jayne again on any type of project involving the home, home decorating and design.

It was one year ago this month I had the very good fortune of running into my friend Jayne and her husband Tony on a hike in the woods. I asked Jayne how she was doing and informed me that she had begun her own Interior design business. I, with the advice of one of my brothers, had been intending to move forward with a home renovation project, but was at a loss on who to contact. Well I knew that day in the woods exactly who I was going to call. I waited a few months till I began vacation in June, 2022. I informed Jayne that I’d like to renovate my kitchenette by opening it up and removing the walls and also completely renovating the 2 bathrooms. Jayne and Fernbrook Interiors responded that day. I believe the next day Jayne came for the initial visit and the transformation would very shortly begin. I provided a monetary figure, contract was drawn up and the project was set in motion. I couldn’t be more pleased with the final outcome. Within budget, not only was the kitchen turned into a full kitchen and the 2 bathrooms completely gutted and replaced but my entire home had been transformed!! She used every inch of space available to create a beautiful kitchen nook and a cozy underneath the stairs reading nook. One of my issues was a lack of comfortable seating. I could say much more but I’ll conclude by saying how grateful I am to Jayne, Tony and her crew of Charles, Luis and Marlucio for their integrity, vision, craftsmanship and work quality!! Incredible transformation! Jayne worked with us to a complete renovation of our summer home. She took care of every detail and worked incredibly hard to secure materials and contractors during a difficult time (we started our projects during COVID). Jayne worked with us on three main projects: 1) complete renovation of cape house - we started with honing in on the color palate. The entire inside and outside of the house was painted, new hardwood floors, granite in the kitchen, new gas fireplace with gorgeous new stone facade, shiplap ceilings throughout, new lighting and a fulll transformation of our basement including a wet bar, garage remodel, new bathroom, custom murphy beds, and updated master and main bathrooms. The furnishings are gorgeous and Jayne finds a nice balance of new items and taking old pieces and redoing them with fantastic artistic paint jobs. Our house is now my oasis and I'm proud to have friends and family visit. 2) full landscaping and yard remodel. Jayne helped us pick out new plants and trees. We redid the entire front yard including new lighting, replaced and expanded the back deck, installed a gorgeous patio, lightening and new lawn. She did an incredible job. 3) we were so happy with the work done on our summer home that we had Jayne help us with a new color scheme for our primary home, updated our living room and my home office. she helped coordinate working with a window treatment company to install all new blinds. Jayne is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend.

Jayne Cedeno from Fernbrook Interiors was simply top-notch! Extremely creative and knowledgeable, lots of great ideas, yet always considering my input and responding to my needs. She is friendly and easy to work with, and dependable. For my house, she also acted as the general contractor (although there were not major structural changes) and she kept things moving. It was also extremely helpful to benefit from all of her contacts for materials, furniture, and decorating purchases, often leading to better prices. My friends are raving when they see me house. I can confidently say that Jayne and Fernbrook Interiors will make your home a show piece!

Jayne is Fantastic! We have completed our 3rd project together; She takes my visions and brings it all together-With colors, textures, & symmetry. We are so pleased that we hired Fernbrook Interiors to renovate our summer cottage. Jayne worked closely with us to identify our priorities and maximize our budget. At our first meeting, we told her that we wanted only to replace a bathroom floor and vanity and buy a few pieces of furniture. We ended up agreeing on a maximum budget for the project and let her decide how to make the most of it. The results were incredible! She really transformed the cottage. In addition, she was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process very easy.

I wasn’t completely sure how to transform my home (which became outdated and uninspired). I met with Jayne and immediately knew her ideas were exactly what my home needed, an update which is truly amazing. Jayne listened to my needs and worked with me every step of the way creating options that I could never have imagined. From color choices to transformative placements of decorative elements, my home is beautiful. I highly recommend Jayne a your complete designer.

Jayne was an integral part of our remodeling project which spanned 2+ years! We quickly became dependent on her vision, professionalism and downright common sense. She worked with us from the beginning when there weren't even walls, so that we could plan our space, consider furnishings early on and figure out how to pull it all together. The main renovation included a dormer, covered deck, new kitchen and three new bathrooms. The home presented some challenges as it is a post and beam construction. We wanted to update and modernize the look without losing the feel of the traditional home. Jayne helped us with planning the space but also color selection and coordination of walls, furniture, kitchen, etc. which was very important since it is an open concept on the main floor with living room cathedral ceiling. Needless to say were very please with the outcome. We were amazed with Jayne's ability to recall details of our project and take advantage of time, space and money saving opportunities. We had many phone calls to run out and see this or that because it just came on sale or there was a new fabric or tile to see. Jayne kept it exciting and engaging so we never felt overwhelmed or pressured by the project or the progress. She also kept us on schedule with ordering furniture, beds, mirrors etc. so we would have them in time and not hold up the progress. We will definitely hire Jayne again for other projects in the future!

We loved working with Jayne. She helped my husband and I design our 1500 square-foot dream condo with new furniture and lighting, as well as finding the best ways to incorporate some existing carpets, add new ones and blend in a few pieces of furniture that we wanted to keep. Since we were downsizing from a home to a condo, along with moving from Massachusetts to Virginia, Jayne worked with us to see what it was we really were going to want with our new lifestyle rather than just duplicating the past. For example, we realized that our retirement/rewirement would give us time for projects and that would offer the possibility of a different kind of desk. Jayne suggested a counter-high project desk with cubbies, one desk for my husband and one for me, rather than a traditional desk that had worked for us in the past. We've had the project desks for six months now and love them. Jayne also assisted us in finding art for focal points and ideas for window treatments. At times, we were working with other suppliers and she helped us coordinate the look and the style so that it all worked beautifully together. Jayne is creative, resourceful, responsive, intuitive, practical, fun and full of super ideas! Jayne is a problem solver, a visionary, and even a mediator at times LOL. As you can imagine my husband and I were not always on the same page. In fact we often were not and Jayne would help us talk it through and find something that would work for both of us. Jayne was also diligent about helping us save money. If she could find a shortcut or a way to splurge in a certain area where it really counted but cut back in other places that wouldn't matter so much, she was always looking for an angle. She's creative, resourceful, responsive, intuitive, practical, fun and full of super ideas! Jayne is a problem solver, a visionary, and even a mediator at times. It was such a pleasure to work with Jayne and co-create our dream condo. We live in a building with 90 other units and have been told repeatedly that our condo is the most beautiful in the building. Best of all, we truly love living here!
