I worked with Kaitlyn and her team on a kitchen and bathroom remodel. It was a wonderful experience. The overall design and the materials that were chosen were beautiful. The team was very communicative and responsive, and the work was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Iconic and will definitely use them again in the future.

Kaitlyn’s business has grown exponentially in the last few years and it’s well-deserved. Her eye for bringing the beauty of natural organics into a space is unmatched - on top of that, she understands the technical side, making her a truly well-rounded designer. I am so lucky to have had her design my kitchen back in 2020 despite it being a smaller project AND virtual. She was patient with my endless questions while having only one other staff member. I hope to be able to utilize her services again one day!

We met with Kaitlyn and the Iconic team to design our wet bar, create a new pantry, and furnish our home. Kaitlyn’s skill, attention to detail, and level of professionalism and expertise was top notch. They created a space that we love. They did our showroom for Dae Hair and it was unreal. They did both holiday styling + a revamp of our showroom to make it feel more exciting/more like a store front. They were always on time, always responsive, always planned ahead, and very fun to work with!!! Cant say enough good things about this team, they really nailed our vision!!

We hired Kaitlyn when we first bought a home 2 1/2 years ago, and she was involved with us from the beginning. We tore the house down and did a complete rebuild of a 4500 sq ft home. When we hired Kaitlyn she was a one-woman business. It's been fun and rewarding to watch her business grow. She is extremely talented. Her experience working as Project Manager for a GC shows. She understands the building process and how all the trades have to be coordinated in order for a project to come to fruition. She took a lot of time up front getting to know us to figure out our style(s). My husband and I have completely different tastes, and Kaitlyn and her team were able to create an absolutely gorgeous home for us, which we both love. She's visionary and creative. She's a problem solver. And she has impeccable taste. Her ability to mix textures, shapes, and finishes to create a warm, inviting, yet modern aesthetic is unbelievable. While we have only been in the home for 2 months, it has felt like home since the day we moved in!

I truly can’t say enough good things about Iconic Design+Build! I very much enjoyed working with Kaitlyn and her team. Communication was great from concept to completion, and my home was finished by the requested deadline (with swift follow through on a few smaller outstanding punch list items at the end of the project). Attention to detail was impeccable - nothing was overlooked and I am thrilled with how everything in my home turned out!

Kaitlyn and everyone at Iconic Design is wonderful to work with. They really strive to understand and deliver the home owner's vision. Kaitlyn has a great eye for design and collaborates well. I recently (during pandemic) hired Iconic to renovate my condo in Los Angeles so we did the entire project over Zoom. It worked out well, which is great because it means you can live anywhere in the world and work with this outstanding company!

Kaitlyn is incredible to work with! She is creative and has such great ideas. She has an amazing eye, with attention to all the details that matter- which makes all the difference in the final product. Glamping in the Desert Kaitlyn and her team of professionals (including Cheri) worked fast and are incredibly talented!! Their color sense is amazing as well as our new lighting. This design brings the "WOW" factor to our space. Kaitlyn really cares about my needs as a client and has a flair for making things look stunning. Thanks for your patience with me during this process as I know I might have not been the easiest or best client to work with. Iconic Design+Build lives up to their name for sure! Where do I even begin with how incredible Kaitlyn Wolfe is? We were skeptical about hiring a designer because in our previous experiences they just tell you what you need without your input and charge a fortune! Kailtyn was able to bring our ideas and vision to life in an amazing way. She made the process of building and designing an entire home simple and seamless. From styling our great room shelves to picking out and installing new fixtures to coming up with a beautiful accent wall for my daughters room Kaitlyn does it all. She asked for our input and approval with every item bought and every contractor hired. We’ve been working with Kaitlyn for over a year and will continue to work with Kailtyn until the very last detail is complete. We cannot recommend Kailtyn enough!

Kaitlyn did an incredible job with our house. We had our entire kitchen remodeled and updated. The designing and planning process was fun and much easier than I expected. It was like working with an optometrist (who tests lenses to find the right pair of glasses). Kaitlyn would ask my wife and I questions about designs, colors, styles, etc. until she narrowed things down to an almost near-perfect proposal that we loved and fell within our budget. We gave her keys and an alarm code, and gave her the allotted time that she requested to get the job done. Having busy schedules, we trusted Kaitlyn to orchestrate every aspect of the process and have given her countless referrals since and plan on using her for every future project moving forward. Kaitlyn is not your typical designer / builder - Iconic Design+Build is an entire experience!

If you are considering remodeling your house, and hesitate to get started because of the horror stories you’ve heard about cost overruns and the finish time extending on and on, shoddy workmanship to cut corners, and the strain on your family relationships, so did we! Read on! To us, remodeling our house meant someday coming home to a sanctuary, a home that reflects who we are, and makes us feel truly “at home.” But. We were warned by everyone that going through this transformation would test our patience to the limit, our marriage for the duration, and make us stress out and compromise away our desires to save on surprise costs. From the get-go, Kaitlyn Wolfe stands out. She takes the reins with her phenomenal design expertise and connections to contractors who share her vision of perfect execution and outcome. From concept drawings and 3-D renderings to taking the wrapper off of a newly installed appliance and placing a framed picture on the counter, she is all in! Kaitlyn LOVES what she does, and is an expert designer with a gifted eye, giving us the look and feel that we wanted, exactly! Kaitlyn is a rare combination of interior designer AND contractor who is skilled and successful at both (This rare breed exists, but usually the person is good at one thing and not so great at the other). She has curated a group of skilled builders and craftsmen who take pride in their work and strive for perfection. (One of the tilers couldn’t wait to show me his work, and said, “We just want you to be happy!” What? Not just another gig, for him!) When something needed attention, Kaitlyn owned it, got it solved, and communicated promptly with us on the progress. Kaitlyn declared what was going to happen, made a calendar showing each task that would be in progress, and then she actually did it! She said 9 weeks. Our newly remodeled home was finished in 9 weeks (even during Thanksgiving and Christmas season!). Our home was finished on time, EVEN THOUGH there was an attic pipe leak that occurred, not related to the remodel. She pulled in a restoration team, clean up, new ceiling and paint, with barely batting an eye. Kaitlyn helped us find a place to move to during the demolition and rebuilding process. (We have 4 cats!) This is not a normal function fo a designer/builder, and there was some luck involved, but she brokered it. I want the world to know that Kaitlyn breaks the mold on what we might expect as the “normal experience” of having a home remodeled and redesigned. This is NOT normal, it’s a miracle. Our respect, trust and gratitude go to you Kaitlyn!

Kaitlyn and the team are amazing! I do not have an eye for any type of design, I generally buy dark brown boring furniture. Kaitlyn has incredible taste and is able to bring together my style as well as making the room look beautiful! We had done our kitchen, living room, and entry way last year, and this year we completely remodeled our bathroom. We love how everything came together, and we can’t wait to continually (slowly but surely!) remodel the rest of the house! Her team is also very kind and willing to help in any situation, and extremely responsive. We love Iconic Design + Build and can’t wait for the next project!
