French Moroccan interior designer, Rita Chraibi, discovered her passion for architecture and interior design at an early age. As the granddaughter of one of Morocco's pioneering women in real estate development in the 1950s, Rita Chraibi followed in her grandmother's footsteps after graduating from Ecole Camondo School in Paris. Rita opened her own agency, International Designers, in Morocco back in 2013, and continued to build upon her international recognition by launching new offices in 2018 in New York City and Miami. She introduced her European design expertise and French "Art de Vivre" influence through modern luxury designs to residential and hospitality projects in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. Just as a painter starts with a blank canvas, Rita imagines and creates a new world, each one unique with its own story. Whether it be luxury residential buildings, private residences or hospitality projects, her work is a showcase of modern sophistication and elegance. In 2020, Rita revealed the interior of the first completed residence at Monad Terrace, which complimented the interior, exterior and landscape architecture of PritzkerPrice-winner Jean Nouvel and developers JDS Development Group in Miami Beach. Through this project, she was awarded the Muse Design Awards in the United States and the SBID Awards in the United Kingdom. In 2021, Rita won The A'Design Award & Competition - The International Worldwide Award, as well as the award for Best Design from America. Among her many projects, Rita was selected as the designer oof choice for a prestigious waterfront home in Palm Island. Rita Chraibi reflects the interior design of this house through the most exceptional aspects of haute couture high-fashion and the notable $35M property. In 2021, she was once again awarded The Luxe Red Awards in the U.S. and the Luxury Residence Americas Award in The International Design and Architecture Awards 2021. In 2021, she was entrusted with the important project of completely renovating a waterfront mansion on Golden beach in Miami. The property is estimated to sell for $120M.

Our most recent design and construction project with International Designers is the fourth project we have undertaken with the firm. Design Phase work is conducted in a collaborative, responsive, respectful manner - solution seeking to meet our needs. Once construction begins, projects are managed by quality project managers and the subs selected are of similar caliber. In-flight changes to the project specs are managed professionally and well. Rita Chraibi and her staff are to be congratulated on the quality of design, construction and customer service they provide... something you don't see much of these days in customer-supplier relationships. We recently purchased a townhouse built in 1990 that needed to be updated. We interviewed several design/build firms and chose Design Group Three based on recommendations from others. Our designer and the team at Design Group Three are very professional and easy to work with throughout the project -- through initial planning, materials selection and project execution changes to the design as project progressed. Our project was quite extensive with a complete kitchen update, replacing the trim around all the windows and doors, and replacing bathtub in the master bath with a beautiful walk in shower. We replaced the tiny walk in shower with a linen closet! The project was too large and extensive to manage by ourselves and we needed the experience of professionals at International Designers to make our vision a reality. The team was very courteous and the project manager made sure that the project deadlines were met. We exceeded our initial budget with upgrades in materials but it is certainly worth it. We are very happy with our new home and appreciate the International Designers for collaborating with us.
