Judee Malanca Designs

We absolutely loved working with Judee! She has an arsenal of wonderful contractors, painters etc! She came up with the best color scheme for our kitchen in our transitional floor plan. Her attention to detail is unparalleled! She was mindful of our budget without compromising quality. We have received numerous compliments on our renovations and look forward to working with her further! We highly recommend her!

Judee is a color savant. When I first met her through a recommendation of a landscape architect, I already went through two interior designers and I was not happy with both of them. They were not able to translate my vision into the finished work. During my initial conversation with Judee, I told her my vision of the project, including HOW my patients will feel when they are in my clinic. I want them to feel like as if they are in a tropical place, just relaxing and leaving their worries behind. A couple of days after, she brought me a color board with three themes. She told me that the theme I chose will dictate how she will proceed with the whole project. When the first wall was painted, I freaked out - I thought it was dark and gloomy. She said for me to calm down because I was not seeing the whole finished project and she can. When the project was completed, everybody was in awe. They all said (no exception) how tranquil my office was, like as if relaxing in some tropical place. Even sales reps from L.A. and SFO commented they have not seen such a relaxing medical office like mine. Judee perfectly captured what I had in mind. From then on, she worked on three more projects: 2 mountain cabins and my recently opened new clinic, which everybody loves. This time, the clinic theme is more medical and sterile, bright and airy, modern, comfortable, fun and non-threatening. She again captured that. I will not dare try on another designer. I already have Judee. In my opinion, she’s Fresno’s best.

Judee is an amazing designer and we have been blessed to work with her for well over ten years! She has an incredible gift of being able to walk into a room and visualize the potential! Judee is a true professional and has always been able to work within our budget, whether it was for a full kitchen remodel, or simply a refresh of rooms with updated paint, accessories, etc. Judee's team of professionals are also fabulous to work with and have the same high quality standards you would expect when working with Judee...she is absolutely the best!

Judee spent the entire day with us in San Francisco shopping and making sure we made the right decisions to furnish our home! She knows the right people to get the job done and I trust all her design decisions! We love Judee and will continue to use her for all our design and remodel work!

Judee is a very talented designer. Judee has completed multiple projects for me including painting ( including picking perfect colors) through out my home, remodeling my kitchen, bathroom, exterior and interior design and fixtures. Judee has an amazing eye for color and spectacular design. Not only is Judee talented, but she is kind, fun to work with and always exceeds my expectations.

Judee Malanca has all you need in a professional designer. I hired her for a kitchen and great room remodel and I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Judee spent so much time with me, assisting in the selection of almost all of the materials and her recommendations from everything from paint to sinks and back splash, you name it, she was spot on. You won't find a better colorist either. Fun and easy to work with is how I would also describe Judee. She gave more than 100% to my project, meeting all deadlines and commitments. She took the time to find out what I liked (and didn't like) and didn't pressure me into any decision I wasn't comfortable with. It was through her recommendation that I found my contractor, Jamie Gray. What a team!! Don't look further. Just hire Judee and say yes to her recommendations. She's wonderful to work with.

Judee has an unbelievable eye for color and design. She is fantastic at coordinating furniture, fabric, wall color, rugs and accessories. But not only that! Judee also can help you create beautiful updates for your closed in rooms, aged fireplaces and outdated kitchens and bathrooms. She will even help coordinate your look into the yard. In addition, Judee has referrals to artisans and professionals for any project to get it done beautifully and affordably. Tile, natural stone, appliances, roofing, cabinet design, painting, general contracting, finish work, flooring, window covering,... Anything for your home...turns out beautifully.

Judee was a tremendous help to us when we remodeled our kitchen and family room. After visiting our home for the first time and talking to us about our goals for the areas, she was able to help us focus on what we really wanted. The contractors she brought in to do the work were all excellent and professional. She was respectful of our budget and was able to save us so much money with her ability to find quality items at reasonable prices. We were able to include so many details in design that we would have never thought of or known were available if it were not for Judee's creativity and design knowledge. We are thrilled with the outcome of our remodeling. Judee took much of the anxiety away and actually made it fun. I would (and have) highly recommend Judee Malanca for any design project.
