Kim’s experience was invaluable during our recent home project! We added jack-and-jill bathrooms, laundry and mud rooms, and some exterior finishes. These spaces required practical choices for our family and daily routines, but we also wanted beautiful finishes that would complement the rest of our home. Kim jumped right in and kept everything moving! Kim recommended and arranged hardware, finishes, materials, dimensions, measurements, heights, depths, industry standards, paint colors, wallpaper, tile, lighting, and more. So organized and communicative. Couldn’t have done it without her!

We had an incredibly positive experience with Kim and the contractor she selected to remodel our kitchen. Kim listened to our vision for the space and incorporated everything we needed. She also added brilliant touches I never would have thought of on my own. She is on top of every detail, communicates well and has the timing of each delivery and install timed for a smooth project completion. Our new kitchen is stunning. We couldn’t have done it without Kim!

We have worked with Kim on two different projects. Most recently we asked Kim to help make two rooms feel distinct yet cohesive. Kim listened to our needs and wants to propose various options that we had not considered. The end result was an amazing family room and front entry; the response from all who have seen it is "wow, I can't believe this is the same space." We recommend Kim to any friends and family considering a remodel.

We tore out a built-in desk in our office and replaced it with new cabinets and a much better desktop. Kim and her team were great to work with, they designed the new desk with our input and stayed involved all along the way. Her installers were terrific - very polite and neat and easy to work with. We're thrilled with the finished product and very happy we found Kimberly Cahoy Design : )

I used Kim for the design of our master bath. I only wish I had made her my first contact. She and Kayla were able to put together an up to date design that still blends in perfectly with the rest of the house. Would highly recommend!

We had a great experience working with Kim! We met her initially when we were designing our cabinetry for our custom home. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable and professional as we went through the process. Not only did she help us by walking us through how we would use each space, but also made sure that we were able to achieve the look we wanted in each space. After having such a great experience with cabinetry we hired Kim to help us design the remainder of our home. She not only helped with coordinating colors and themes throughout our home, but also went with us to the many selection appointments required for our build (tile, hardware, fixtures, mirrors, glass, etc.). We even took advantage of her room design services to furnish and decorate a number of spaces in our home. In addition, her and Kayla did an amazing job of keeping detailed notes to ensure our builder and contractors were all well informed and on the same page. Being a busy professional myself and mom to four I appreciated how respectful she was of my time. We were able to have short meetings either at her office or at other locations throughout town which enabled me to keep all of my commitments and also allowed her to pull together appropriate samples to make selections. Our home has turned out beautiful, seamlessly transitioning from room to room. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did to make this process pain free. The results speak for themselves!

Our house turned out absolutely beautiful. Kim had ideas and suggestions that I never would have thought of. I guess that’s why professionals like Kim are needed. Always available for questions and help. Highly recommend!!

Where do we start. I happened to come across Kim's website on the internet. Knew nothing about her but liked seeing pictures of her work. So we made a call and the next thing that happened was an amazing remodel in our home. Kim came out and took pictures of what we had and discussed with us on what we were looking for. We gave her an idea of color and style we wanted and she took the ball and ran with it. Every selection she came up with, we loved. Kim was very easy and friendly to work with. We loved all the "subs" she used and after 2 months in our home, I felt we had new friends. Kim remodeled our great room fireplace face, mantel and hearth, redesigned two walls in our great room, kitchen countertops and backsplash, kitchen cabinets, master bath vanities, mirrors and lighting. She extended the tile in our basement living area and picked an amazing carpet for the whole area that complemented our tile. Kim is not only a designer but has great ideas for decorating. Not only did we find a new friend, we found a designer/decorator for life!! You would be crazy not to use Kim and her team. I'm not done with her just yet!! P.S. I would have loved to share pictures but I'm not a technical person!

Kimberly was the saving grace on a large remodel that was getting out of control prior to her arrival. She was able to pull everything together perfectly, we couldn't be more grateful or pleased with the final design.

How do I begin. We started the project not wanting a white kitchen; yet ended up with a white kitchen, and we could not be more pleased with the results. Kim was absolutely spot on with her vision of how white would work in our kitchen space. Kim was prompt, knowledgeable, very task oriented, and kept the project moving forward. My wife and I would highly recommend Kim. Thank you Kim.

Kim has helped us with her cabinet lines in projects where we needed a good quality product with modern and updated finishes. She went above and beyond by checking and double checking site conditions of plumbing and electrical to ensure proper installation!
