What a wonderful experience! We recently remodeled our home and thought our contractor would be able to help us with kitchen layout and we were wrong. We found Kristyn through a friend and we are so happy we did! She listened to all the things we needed in a kitchen and thought of things we didn't! Designed the most amazing and functional kitchen (including our now loved appliance garage and pantry). She helped us maximize our small space and make use of every inch. The tiles and paint colors were just what we wanted and the amount of compliments we receive on our hardware is amazing. After that positive experience we decided to have her help us source furniture as well. For furniture she found us the most beautiful and unique pieces that fit with the sofa we already had and really worked with us to be in price ranges we were comfortable with. She and her team are responsive, lovely, and easy to work with and we would recommend and use her again in a heartbeat.

As my home renovation progressed - it dawned on me that I'll actually need furniture sooner than later! I loaded websites, tried to start looking at options and was immediately drowned in endless pages of choices. I reached out to several designers, tried using the "free designer services" that come with some furniture stores for buying with them. It just wasn't what I was looking for. I wanted options, choices from many collections to eventually fill the empty place to turn it from an empty shell renovation to something more. A home. Enter Mark Design Co, headed by Kristyn and her cute furry assistant Beaux, along with her team. I contacted her, was immediately sent a design questionnaire to fill out to understand my wants, needs, my preferences and taste, and everything in between. Kristyn took it from there, reviewed, emailed back and forth, had several phone calls, met at the site to get a feel for the space - and went straight to work from there. I received several different layouts, styles and options for the entire place - all put together on a professional presentation. This was the real deal. Since I was sourcing items in the middle of a pandemic, vendors would cancel orders, delay them by months, along with all the other issues. Kristyn was able to source other items without any hiccups or further delays. They complimented everything already ordered just as good, if not better! The only thing I'm disappointed in is that I didn't find Kristyn & Mark Design Co. sooner, and could have saved all that time, energy and aggravation. Working with Kristyn on my living room/kitchen remodel and design has been a dream! I had always been somewhat intimidated by the renovation and design process. Not to mention finding the right designer who fits my style (aesthetically as well as personally) hasn't been the easiest process either. I'm so lucky to have found Kristyn. She is very thorough in her process of understanding your design needs, likes/dislikes, and budget. She's also a great communicator which made the few inevitable renovation hiccups (i.e. items being back ordered, etc) not as daunting. This all made for a pretty seamless working relationship, and most importantly - successfully materializing the living room/kitchen of my dreams. I would 100% recommend Kristyn to anyone looking for a great interior designer!

Hiring a designer to help me conceptualize my kitchen renovation has been one of the best decisions I've made in this process so far. I attribute all of that to Kristyn. I had an idea of what I wanted the space to look like. But having Kristyn draw it up in 2D and 3D really allowed me to visualize the space and see what worked and what didn't work. Kristyn was more than happy to walk me through a few design layouts and never balked at additional requests for reworks. Her eye for design is impeccable. She was always available to go over design ideas and gave reasonable expectations for turnaround time for her designs. She has been a pleasure to work with so far. We look forward to bringing her on board in a broader scope when our renovation starts!

We reached out to Kristyn during our remodel to help provide floor plans as the living space/kitchen in our new home was very unique. She was extremely responsive and even worked late on a Friday night to provide the deliverables. She was extremely helpful in the process and will definitely recommend to others.

It has been a joy working with Kristyn over the last few months. She helped me and my husband renovate and furnish our home. In the months that we worked with her, Kristyn was always very professional, responsible, and easy to work with. I also loved her design ideas and furnishing choices that she presented. She was also very good about sticking to the budget that we set for her. And the finished product? So much better than we expected. So beautiful and dreamy! I would definitely hire her again for another project, and would highly recommend her if you are looking for an excellent interior designer.

Kristyn was a pleasure to work with and held our hands throughout our remodel. We found her through a referral and we interviewed a few different designers before we went with Mark Design Co. Since we had a few ideas in mind for the space we were remodeling, Kristyn provided drawings to help me and my husband make our decision quicker. The contractors she brought in were not only professional but they were respectful of our space! Kristyn is very responsive and answered our questions promptly throughout the day to ensure everything went smooth. She kept us updated on next steps and what we can expect. We had a tight budget to work with and Kristyn was always mindful and tracked the progress to date. She has a great personality and was easy to work with. Her vision aligned with ours and was executed exactly as planned (on time and on budget!!) I highly recommend her for any home projects you have!
