Niina and Paige were our design consultants on a two phase, home renovation project. The first phase was a kitchen/living room and front entrance re-design; the second, a major re-design of our downstairs living space, including a bathroom and laundry room. They were good communicators, ran productive design meetings, had a transparent fee schedule, and recommended good contractors to complete the work. They presented interesting design and materials concepts but would also listen to our ideas, needs and wants. Niina and Paige were very professional but they also have a helpful and pleasant way of doing business.

My sister and I recently renovated the main floor of our inherited family home, an orchard farmhouse built in 1945. We decided to use Niina Di Lorenzo Designs to help us navigate through the process. Niina and Paige were both wonderful to work with. They came and saw the house, listened to what we wanted and presented us with options for flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, paint colours, fixtures, hardware etc. Their choices were excellent, and made what would have been an overwhelming job fun and exciting. Niina also recommended a contractor, whom we were very pleased with as well. Both Niina and Paige were very responsive whenever we had questions, and their oversight and planning were invaluable. From vision to reality over almost 8 months, we ended up with our dream home to last us till the sun sets on our time in our happy place. Niina and Paige made a point to initially get to know us on a personal level and used that to present options. We felt we were part of a collaborative team involved in all aspects of the design, product and color selections. We were introduced to various contractors, trades and venders that were recommended by them and it worked out 100%. The amount of follow-up as the build phase ramped up allayed any of our worries and any issues were resolved in a timely manner. They were fun to work with, very patient with us and ultimately their commitment lead us across the finish line!

Niina spent two hours with me in early September. I told her we wanted to make the best use of our space for the things we enjoy. I had questions about lighting, a bathroom counter, eating space for larger groups, wall art, couch re-covering, paint colours. Niina considered my budget, my need to have input. Afterwards, she emailed a summary. It included ideas I would never have come to on my own. I was hesitant to ask for help, but it turned out to be a lot of fun. I enjoyed the process very much and now I can go ahead and and make some changes with confidence.
