I worked with Sandi to update the interior look of our current house. It was a great experience. She is very talented and listens to what her clients are looking for. I also greatly appreciated that she is cost conscious both in terms of her own time and it the websites she recommends for shopping. She was prompt with appointments and responsive to email. Her services are a great value and I will definitely use her in the future.

I have greatly enjoyed working with Sandi over the past couple of years. She takes the time to understand my vision for my home and then suggests improvements/ideas within that framework. My home feels completely transformed because of her incredible ideas and aesthetic.

Best investment ever! We started with having Sandi walk through our home - making recommendations on color ideas! After 20 something years with the same color on our walls, it was time! We took her advice and love our "new" home! She has been my "go to" and will continue to be - everything from granite choices, furniture layout, window treatments, recent visit she even decorated my hutch (that I was thinking about retiring ) and now it makes me smile every day. Sandi Lanigan is an incredibly talented interior designer/stager. She quickly assesses colors and design. I enjoyed working with her as I staged my home to sell and will continue working with her designing a new home. Sandi worked magic on my home! As I use a wheelchair, Sandi made sure my master bathroom was beautiful as well as functional. We went together to choose granite, tile, and fixtures, and, somehow, she made it fun! She transformed my master bedroom, offering suggestions for resources within my budget from chandeliers to bedding, and choosing a paint color that tied the room together. Sandi has a wonderful eye and knew just what to do to make my living room more welcoming and put together, using my own furniture and decor. She worked within my budget without compromising quality or style. Sandi is a delight to work with and I highly recommend her.

Sandi has been an incredible help to us in preparing our home to sell. She choose fabulous paint colors for rooms we wanted to update and gives practical ideas on how to stage your home in a way that will draw buyers. She was also very helpful on a shopping trip to pick out materials for a bathroom and partial kitchen renovation, and she is price and time sensitive. She saved us time and money with her expertise. Sandi has helped me decorate on several different occasions. She is so good at understanding the needs and style preferences of her clients, and is very considerate of their budget. She has been able to help me incorporate my old with the new and transform the space into something very different and beautiful. Shopping with Sandi for furniture is such a pleasure. For me it can be an overwhelming experience but Sandi can easily steer you to the direction you need to go and not waste any time. She also has a great eye for color and has helped me transform many rooms with her color choices. Sandi is very focused and professional and also fun to work with.
