Sarah and her team listened to my requests and efficiently produced a functional, beautiful and peaceful space in my bedroom. She incorporated some meaningful personal pieces into the design that really made the room instantly feel like ours. The team’s work on the installation of the wainscoting was flawless. I also appreciated that they adhered to the project timeline and budget.

Sarah did a wonderful job helping me design several areas in our new home. She listened very carefully to what I was looking for and presented me with a great proposal. We worked together to get the design I was looking for. She did a great job painting with her team and left everything spotless. She was so easy to work with and I would happily work with her again in the future.

We moved into our dream home during Covid, and I I needed help decorating to make everything perfect, but there was also added stress with Covid shortages for home decor products and furniture. Only a professional (and I’m convinced only Sarah) would be able to hone in on exactly our taste, craft a beautiful design for our office and living room, and work to make it happen within these crazy Covid times….and within our budget. I always get compliments on my home and have a long wish list for her to do more rooms!

What a joy! I couldn't have been happier with the entire process which proved to be creatively inspiring and enlightening. From our initial communication and throughout the project, Sarah's talent and passion for what she does completely put my mind at ease. Expectations for the timeline and budget were totally transparent (even coming in under my initial budget) and I truly felt that Sarah took the time to get to know me, my style, and my eclectic collections. Her entire team was so respectful of my space and time and each of them brought their own passion and energy to the project. Ultimately, Sarah shed new light on my collections and helped tell a story through her design which displayed my style in a way I hadn't been able to confidently articulate. Sarah and her staff are amazing! I would definitely recommend her to anybody who is looking for some guidance with home design. We had just finished building our house and needed help decorating and furnishing the dining room, living room and kitchen. It was overwhelming to us but Sarah knew just what to do and was able to match our taste, even when we didn’t really know how to even describe our taste! Plus, she’s just a genuinely nice person and someone it is easy to let into your home because she’s great to be around. We love the finished product and it will be a part of our lives for a very long time, which we are thrilled about.

She takes items we find and love, and incorporates them into her vision; answering all of our questions along the way. Sarah did an amazing job making our guest bathroom more refined looking, with many unexpected and amazing touches such as the wall color, custom shelves and artwork. Sarah also assisted in changing general a farmhouse look, to a much more transitional style adding more abstract art, softening greenery and custom made shelves in our primary living space and primary bath.

After being in our home for a few years we decided to change the look of certain areas. Because of all the positive reviews that we read about Sarah Rice Maldonado, I decided to contact her. After consulting with her it was evident that the reviews were correct. Sarah developed a new design for us. The design used the layout of the rooms more efficiently. She recommended I purchase a few new items that made the area flow better and look larger. Sarah has a very positive attitude and was very easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable and has a very keen eye for design. As a result of her hard work and expertise Sarah made our home more warm and inviting. I loved everything she designed. The touch of colors and the flower arrangement are beautiful!!! I will definitely recommend her to friends and family. Sarah thank you for your dedication and determination to make our home perfect.
