Kimberly's vision for the house transformed this 1960's cape cod, giving it a fresh face and modern floor plan for today's living. This was a full house remodel; all walls were torn down and all hard surfaces and mechanicals replaced. Kimberly collaborated with myself, the architect, builder, and contractors on modifying the floor plan, space planning, cabinetry, selecting paint colors, specified plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, and overall finishes and design; including the exterior and landscaping. The project turned out beautifully, with wonderful finishes that are modern, yet classic. When put on the market, the house was well received and demanded top dollar.
