Erin did an amazing job with our total house renovation. She had patience with our Covid challenged contractor and all the attendant supply chain issue. The designs are clean, warm and practical. Erin’s help is cost effective, and I would say having her saves money by preventing mistakes. It is pure delight to work with Erin. She is calm, upbeat and super competent.

Erin is amazing! I was struggling to envision what to do for some final touches in our living room and family room (as well as window treatments for various rooms) and Erin saved the day. She took time to listen to my concerns - what I like/don't like - and provided various options and idea boards to help me picture what the final product would look like. She wasn't pushy with forcing us to take a risk (I tend to be afraid of bold patterns), but did show some "bolder" options - one of which we actually did go with and LOVE! She always made me feel incredibly comfortable (and our French bulldog loves her), so it was like having a friend over... always lots of fun. Overall - cannot recommend her enough. I plan to use Erin for any future projects we have no question... she's the best!

Just amazing! Erin is a gifted designer, savvy negotiator, and an incredibly kind person. We came into our project with some fairly strong ideas, and she's taken those ideas and implemented them in a way that elevates the whole project. She's introduced us to style choices that we would not have otherwise considered, and now those choices are the most exciting parts of our project. She seems to effortlessly handle the thousands of questions I throw at her, while keeping contractors and suppliers in line. She's touched every part, from kitchen and bath layout and design, to custom cabinetry (down to the hardware placement), to tile/paint/wallpaper, to lighting, and furniture. She even saved us several thousand dollars through calling around and sourcing our countertops. I cannot imagine ever doing another project without her help and expertise. She has been our sanity in what is always a stressful process, and we couldn't be more grateful. We recommend Erin without reservation!

Maureen is amazing. She not only has a fabulous eye for design and but an eye for the design her clients want and what will suit their personal style. We moved into a new house about a year ago and the thought of how to proceed with decorating was a bit overwhelming. Maureen was able to come in and see a complete vision for an empty room and how to reframe/redesign existing spaces. She provided me with several options so we could talk through what would work best. She's phenomenal at sourcing both material and people to do the work that needs to be done. She's also great at using pieces of furniture, etc that you already have but aren't sure what to do with or where they will work best. I also really appreciated going shopping with her where we could talk through all the possibilities and she was able to help me pick out ALL the furniture and rugs for our living room. She also came to our house and mapped out where everything would go so we could get a feel for how it would all look before we placed the order. It was extraordinarily helpful. She is an utter delight to work with and shopping with her is not only very productive but also truly fun. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I used Maureen Grealish to help me during my renovation. She was nothing short of fabulous. I had a difficult time picking out flooring, kitchen cabinets, light fixtures the list goes on. It can be a very stressful time and she took the stress out of it for me. She gave me the choice of maybe three items and I choose what I liked best. I hired Woodland Road Design to choose paint colors for every room in my house, pick out new dining room furniture, new living room furniture and wallpaper for my powder room. I have owned my house for 12 years and have hired 4 (!) other designers before being referred to Erin Hayes at Woodland rd. I was never fully "on board" with the other designers recommendations, and i had a made a few changes to my house but I really needed to find a designer who could take charge of the project. Erin Hayes knocked it out of the park! Within the first hour of meeting her, we picked out paint colors for EVERY ROOM in my house. I trusted her so much that I had the painters come and paint without even putting up a test sample of paint on the walls. I love it. Within two days she had emailed me beautiful layouts for my foyer, dining room, and living room with furniture details and where to purchase. None of the other designer that I hired did this. Erin even came with me to help me purchase a sectional that would fit my small living room (small rooms/antique house) perfectly. I love, love, love the way my house looks and wish that I had done this sooner. Did I mention that I also hired her to pick out lighting for my whole house and wallpaper?
