I have work with this company numerous times and have never been disappointed. I love the fact they seem to know my style and my taste, and stay in my price range. It’s also nice that they show me things outside of my box and I have been very receptive to the ideas. We just did a large renovation of our kitchen and master bath, and my husband and I love it. Any questions I’ve had or any concerns have been addressed immediately and that means a lot. Their webpage and Instagram account both keep you up-to-date on what they are doing and great pictures to give you ideas. I definitely would recommend them and if they were more than five stars I would give that to them. You won’t be disappointed but will be very pleased!!

I originally hired Heather Fulkerson Interiors a couple of years ago to update my guest bedroom and bath and they did an amazing job! I was so happy with the results that I recently had them back to update my foyer, family room & dining room. They have given me spaces that I absolutely love and that function so much better than they did before. Their entire team was so great to work with and I can't believe what a difference they made in my home. They are so talented and I look forward to having them back to work on additional rooms.

We fell in love with the home of a friend that Heather and her team renovated and designed in the Atlanta Area. When friends of ours up North bought a resale home and wanted to make it their own, we introduced them by phone to Heather. Heather and her team sourced paint, carpet, area rugs, lighting, furniture, mattresses, drapes, art, and accessories. Heather listened intently to every word they said and furniture was ordered without sitting on it! This was a leap of faith! Every last item was ordered and shipped from Atlanta to Ohio. The install took one day including drapes and mirrors ...everywhere! Their home looks amazing and our friends could not be happier! They secretly love telling their friends that their interior design was done from a team in Atlanta! We visit often and love the place! Outstanding results!

Heather and staff are clearly very talented. However, I felt that many times during our project there were long periods of time with no communication. In the middle of the project, she almost quit, stating her discomfort that I had stated a preference for furniture in a room she was doing. Install day was very mixed. There were may aspects that were beautifully done. However, there were many accessories that looked like they were thrown together at the last minute. This was especially problematic because they did not reflect my style, pillows were horribly scratchy and uncomfortable, and I had requested that I like things a bit minimalistic and it was over-accessorized in every corner. However, this all still would have been ok with me if we could have clarified what was wrong and it was fixed for the next project we planned on hiring them for. Instead, when we communicated about the things we wanted to return, she told me she was would no longer decorate for us. We had invested a lot in service hours, and she refused to compensate any of that, despite the fact that we were unsatisfied. In my opinion, it felt as if the whole thing was about making her happy and not us as the customers.

Hi Sara,
It seems so impersonal responding to you on online. Please know that if you would like to talk further about this I am absolutely open to having a real conversation with you.

We're still so sorry that we missed the mark for your home. As designers, we put so much of ourselves into each space that we do. The best feeling for us is at the end of the install when we have created something beautiful for a family and get to see their reaction to it. They say at some point every designer receives negative feedback, but it didn't make it any easier when we learned the next day that you were disappointed. Mid-way through the project I realized we were not on the same page, which I expressed to you, and said I thought it was best we didn't move forward any longer. It wasn't you having an opinion on furniture that made me want to stop the project. Of course I want your opinion. This is why we present a design, to show a vision for the space, gain feedback & tweak it. However, your opinion on the furniture items I selected gave me insight into what you wanted & I didn't think you were going to be happy. I didn't think our styles were cohesive. Which we did talk about on the phone and you assured me that you did think I was the right designer for you and asked that I please finish the project. It turns out that was an accurate hunch after all and we were not on the same page in the end. It was, however, indicative of the style we portray online and of our style in general. The photos of your sun room are one of the most liked and commented on photos of all time. But it wasn't what you wanted, and we are deeply sorry that we disappointed you. Truly we are. I understand you didn't like how some of the accessories were put together and thought it was "thrown together at the last minute". You didn't like it & frankly that sucks. But to say it's because it was done without thought is simply not true. It's just a difference in taste. To say that the way I run my business is to make me happy and not the client is hurtful. I hope others out there reading this will understand our point of view and still give us the chance to design for them. We are passionate about design, we love each and every one of our clients and have wonderful relationships with them, both personally and professionally. I hope that you can accept our apology and find a way to forgive us for the experience you had. We wish you nothing but the best.

Amazing design advice. Found some really cool products I wouldn't have found myself including lighting and tile. We renovated our Kitchen and changed lighting throughout the house. Painted the entire home. She had great paint color suggestions. We added barn doors to an office and did cedar beams in Family Room. She had great vendors for the project too. Very responsive, reasonable, very creative. Highly recommend!

Heather will work with your budget, explain the process, and create a beautiful space for you that your whole family will enjoy. I cannot even tell you how many "Wows" I've gotten on this room and how wonderful it is to come home to after a long day.

My husband and I have used Heather Fulkerson Interiors for work in our town home and now in our single family home. Heather always delivers a professional experience and a quality job. We have had a living room and dinning room decorated by Heather in the past. Both were done beautifully with our active family in mind. I highly recommend Heather to associates and friends.
