Our builder used this company for our custom home cabinets. Within a year, our finishing was chipping and the material was swelling. We were told we are “too rough” on our cabinets. We are clean, professionals without pets and did not appreciate being told we were at fault for the poor quality of the product we were sold. We will not be recommended this company to anyone in the future.

Working with the Team at Arts Custom Woodcrafting was a great experience from the beginning to end of our renovation. In discussions with Margie, she was able to see our vision and guide us through the process with ease, while designing beautiful and functional cabinetry, that met all of our needs. The installation crew were very professional, personable, tidy, and the end result was a fantastic transformation to our home.

This company did a wonderful job on the cabinets for our kitchen, ensuite, powder room and laundry, as well as a built-in bookcase for the family room. There were lots of options for finishes and hardware. They are not only beautiful to look at but are easy to clean.

I had the pleasure of working with Arts Custom Woodcrafting during my recently completed kitchen/bathroom renovation. From the planning stage right through installation and follow-up everyone at Arts was professional, helpful, patient (which really helps when renovating!) and timely. The resulting product is (what I consider) a quality kitchen that is much more functional. Margie, who oversaw the design, was oustanding----she was able to balance my (too lofty) ideas with a dose of kitchen designer practicality and work toward a budget I could live with. I would work with the Arts team again and recommend them to anyone considering a custom kitchen.

Ben and his team are very professional. Ben goes through many meetings and plans to make sure everything is perfect. James the installer is very kind and caring. All our cabinets were perfect. We didn't have any issues with anything. Ben the owner came to the site many times and even called to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you so much :)

ACW is a first class company and I would highly recommend them to family and friends. We had ACW build the cabinets everywhere in our new build except for our closets. They were very accommodating during the design process, with excellent suggestions and options. The cabinetry was built very well and the installation team was very meticulous.
