I hired Rob and Amy for kitchen remodel. My wife and I loved the final result so much, we re-hired them for a master bath remodel. Friendly, talented, available, and timely. They examined the spaces, interviewed us, and developed detailed designs for consideration. Very flexible on changes. Broad, up-to-date knowledge of cabinetry, flooring, counters, tiling, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and design trends. Their subcontractors are of the highest skill and quality. Certainly, the best that have performed any work on my home. These two rooms are the best places in my home, and they were easily worth the investment. Most grateful for their expertise.

We had a great experience working with Rob at Conceptual Kitchens. He had so many great ideas and after working through several different design schemes, we decided on one that was the perfect balance of traditional and modern. Besides the great cabinets, our two favorite features are the custom hood he designed and a tall window at the end of the kitchen that really opens up the space to the outside. These are the extra details that really brought the whole kitchen together. We wish we had another kitchen in our home for Rob to design. Can't recommend him enough!

if you want a design that is beyond what you are able to even imagine, then Conceptual Kitchens is your choice. If you are happy with average, go elsewhere. My kitchen and bar area is cutting edge, elegant, tasteful, functional , and workable. Don't waste your time comparing , just go with the best! You will not regret it:-)

My clients and I engaged Rob to help with a unique french range and custom matching vent hood. Although he did not design the kitchen it was to be installed in, he was a great collaborative addition to our team. The results of his contribution are truly impressive. We have hired Rob to design all of the millwork in the home, the kitchen, the laundry, and other spaces. We also have engaged Rob as an owner's agent to deal with all of the various contractors on our behalf. Rob and his team are doing an excellent job, and have met all of our expectations to date. We are still extricating ourselves from problems caused by the first design team/builder, and are only now getting our project firmly back on the right track. We could not have managed this without Rob. Period. Our home is a very challenging project, and our demands and expectations are quite high. Their design work is outstanding, and we are looking forward to the finalized build-out process. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that we're not complete yet, and I don't want to get ahead of myself. There are a lot of moving parts to our project, and Rob has them all going in the right direction, and working together. I highly recommend his firm.

Rob Klein is an artist, has amazing inspiration- creates beauty with functionality- and for us has made a dream come true. He is honest, backs-up his word and work- and is a perfectionist- he makes it perfect and won't stop until the client is overly happy. His team is totally responsive and answers calls and emails within an amazingly short time frame. His staff including Lisa and Amy, could not be nicer or kinder. We received superb service and awesome results- and are extremely happy with the results. We now love our kitchen and cooking- due to Robs incredible ideas and design; previously we were timid and did not have the right set-up. We have received many compliments- but the best is from my wife who now loves spending time in Robs creation. He had such great ideas- like the steam oven and all the incredible drawers and the total design. He can see what we want and need before we even realize it ourselves. We are so happy with Robs design, and cannot thank his incredible staff of caring and thoughtful people enough. We were so fortunate to have Rob and Conceptual Kitchens create an incredible cooking/prep space for us- we will always remember him while making coq-au-vin or even a good turkey burger.. Or hard "boiled" eggs- but with no water- in our steam oven. My wife and I recommend Rob Klein and Conceptual Kirchens most highly and without reservation.
