We had a great experience with Elite doing our kitchen remodel. Kelli and Madison allowed us to see our vision through while interjecting insightful and welcome suggestions. Mark did a masterful job coordinating the subs and keeping the work on schedule. The work actually finished almost a week ahead of the original timeline and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. It has been our experience with other contractors that communications is a weak point. Not so with Elite. We always knew what was going on and what to expect going forward. No one ever came to the house without notifying us first. Even on the days where no work was scheduled, Mark would always check in.

Elite Remodeling performed remodeling services for our kitchen. It was absolutely the best remodeling experience that we have ever had. The whole staff was at our disposal. From design, to decorating options, to demolition, finally construction Elite personnel were professional, helpful, & kept the project on schedule. Elite remodeled our master bath. The planning and materials selection phase with Kelly and Madison went very smoothly. The construction phase was overseen by Mike and was stress free with weekly reports on progress and work to be completed the following week. We were also always informed each morning as to when workers would be arriving and what they would be doing. Upon completion a professional cleaning team removed any traces of construction including in the master bath, master bedroom and all other areas workers had been in contact with. We love our completed master bath and we receive complements from everyone who has seen it. We would highly recommend Elite Remodeling.

There are no words gor how grateful I am to Elite for helping my husband and me as a result of our six month ordeal. What started out as a simple foundation lift which damaged interior walls and ceilings including a pipe leak was multiplied by six sewer line leak repairs. Elite remodeled our bathroom. We are extremely happy with the work they did. The planning/design work was very detailed and everything went smoothly. The employees we worked with were all wonderful, too. The bathroom is beautiful now and much more functional/practical.

Elite did a great job on our complete bathroom remodel. Planning was very thorough. Cost estimate was detailed and realistic. We actually came in a little under budget. Mary was fantastic with planning. Our project manager Stephan was reliable and communicated well. He was very hands on and attentive. I recently finished a HUGE remodel of a SMALL kitchen and dining room. I have all the bells, whistles and storage of a much larger kitchen. From my initial consults with Mary for planning and functional design, to my design and decor consults with Madison, to my construction project manager Mike (along with “the bros” Phillip and Adam) , I couldn’t have asked for more. Firstly, communication with all of them exceeded my high expectations. Their professionalism and craftsmanship was superb. The materials and subs ( they don’t use many subs and those they use have been working with Elite for years) were awesome. The project was on time and on budget. They also did their best to work with me and my quirks and eccentricities. They all LISTENED to what I said, and did their best to accomplish what I asked for, in a timely and professional manner. My kitchen and dining area went from the Black Hole, sucking all light from the entire area, to a light, bright, open and serene showpiece. Five stars doesn’t begin to be sufficient.

We contracted Elite Remodelling for a kitchen and primary bathroom remodel. From the design stage through the construction and close out, they were with us every step of the way. The designer was very helpful in undestanding our style and made many helpful suggestions during both the layout and materials selection process. The project manager was constatntly in touch with us during the rebuild. The quality of the build out was fantastic. I would not hesitate to use Elite Remodelling again.

We had a phenomenal remodeling experience with Elite. We hired them to do a large scale remodel on our kitchen, guest bath, staircase, and living room. From design to demolition to construction and throughout the project Elite exceeded our expectations. At the initial design meeting Kelli was able to listen to our wants and needs and create a design that was beyond our imaginations and at the same time exactly what we wanted. The layout and flow of the kitchen are perfectly suited to our current lifestyle and will be able to grow with us for decades. In addition the quality of materials, workmanship, and warranty have left us feeling like we made a great investment in our home and our future. While living through a remodel is never easy, the whole Elite team were so nice to work with. The guys became friendly with our dogs and would go outside to say hi everyday. Whenever we had any doubts or questions about what was happening on the project they were always willing to slow down to talk though our concerns and find solutions that met our wants and needs. The design process was also outstanding and our Elite designer, Madison, was able to help us select all of the finishes that suited our own tastes and also helped to tie all of the house design together in a way that feels like home. We could not have asked for a better remodeling experience and we are already looking forward to planning a laundry room and master bathroom remodel with Elite in the future.

I found Elite Remodeling when searching for a transitional kitchen remodeling ideas. So happy they are listed in Houzz! After we had our first visit, we decided to trust them with our remodel. We are very happy with Elite's remodeling of our kitchen. Elite walked us thru the tasks, timeline and cost and for a detailed person like me it worked great! Their showroom staff is professional, approachable and truly showed their personal interest in having our project done correctly and to our liking. The construction crew is amazing. We had to wait for our countertop but that was driven by the supply chain issues during Covid. The crew worked so cleanly. At every step of the way, the crew kept us informed of what was next and if they found something that needed repair, we were asked if we wanted to be fixed by them or by us. Really flexible when unknown issues came up. 100% recommend them for your remodeling project.

We partnered with Elite to do a major renovation to our kitchen and laundry room along with coordinating the installation of new floors and moldings pretty much throughout our home. We were able to remove nearly every wall in our kitchen opening up our living space because of superior engineering! Although it took much longer than originally estimated it was worth the wait! The craftsmanship was superb the end result was amazing.

Elite did a complete remodel of our large (300 sf) master bath, and it turned out GREAT! We are seniors who plan to make this our forever home. Therefore, in addition to the aesthetics, our designer, Kavindra, made several excellent suggestions to ensure that our master bath met our needs now as well as when we age.

This project is listed as 'Madden Drive Project' if you'd like to see photos! I selected Elite after interviewing other potential remodel companies due to their reputation after research and meeting a designer named Kavindra. Kavindra did an excellent job converting my vision into reality, and making the process easier by not overwhelming me during the selection process of materials, finishes, etc. The finished product very closely matched what I had in mind for the project at the outset. Kavindra also made some really good suggestions throughout the process I hadn't thought of. So really, the finished product was even better than my original vision. Elite completed this extensive remodel project of approximately 90% of the house in about 14 weeks - nearly twice as fast as most similar scope projects would take. This was a requirement of mine as I continued to live in the home in between frequent travel. My PM, Mike, did an outstanding job sequencing the project to ensure completion was close to deadline. The challenging thing with a remodel this size (~$350k) is keeping track of all of the Is to dot and Ts to cross at the very end. That was my only issue as a homeowner with the remodel process, particularly with my travel schedule. That said, Elite does quality work, so there is very little 8 months after completion that isn't still in near-perfect shape! Would highly recommend.

We have used Elite in 2016 in a remodeling project. In our most recent 2019 project Elite Remodeling’s performance fully lived up to our previous expectations of excellence. Elite only uses highly skilled craftsmen that keep up with the latest development in technology and materials, and the outcome was reflected in high quality of work. Elite’s project management and communication channels were exemplary. I would use their services again in future projects.

This was our second project with Elite. We worked together to completly renovate our master bathroom. Kelli was amazing through all the design discussions and selections. Blake and team were timely and receptive any feedback we had through the process. The team was conscious of the displacement we had while the work was being done, ensured all areas were cleaned and allowed us to design a room that is both functional and beautiful. The entire experience with Elite was exceptional from the first day we walked into the showroom. There was no pressure to sell anything, and designers were willing to put our interests first. Kelli Parker was a joy to work with and always was very professional throughout the design phase. Each Elite team doing the construction was excellent and treated our home as if it were their own. Nice folks. The quality of materials (cabinets) is topnotch and we were very pleased with our Designer. Project quoted for 8-12 weeks. Construction started 4/24/2018. Final inspection completed 11/7/2018, (29 weeks.) Order of install confusing. New floor installed before drywall, new ceiling, and paint. Twenty work days in June - 4 days worked ?? Overall, Poor workmanship. A lot of rework, three, four, five times that I had to point out. Some crews ate food from refrigerator, broke my personal items in garage, drank my can drinks without asking, used my tools for cleanup. Needed more oversight, communication, and attention to detail. Five-time Builder of the Year? We didn't work with that crew. Final outcome = looks Great and we are Very Happy!!

We have had two mid-large size remodels through Elite....a complete kitchen redo and a complete hall bathroom redo. Both projects turned out beautifully. John Todd, the owner, has on his staff some of the most conscientious and creative people we have worked with, and his technical contractors are very good at their work. If you have any problems, everyone, including John, works to resolve them quickly and to your benefit. We highly recommend Elite for ANY upgrades you need.

We updated our kitchen by painting our honey oak cabinets, installing granite countertops, putting in a copper backsplash, and installing all new appliances. We also reconfigured and stained custom cabinets, repaired our fireplace after a roof leak, and installed new carpets. The results are so wonderful, my relatives now plan to do similar updates to their home (unfortunately, they live about 5 hours away and can't use Elite). The quality of the work speaks for itself. What you can't see from before-and-after pictures: we needed a ton of expert advice in getting new updates to match areas we didn't touch. You can trust every person associated with Elite completely with every bit guidance. They won't steer you wrong. You'll be happy with both the project and the responsiveness all along the way.

Elite Remodeling's performance exceeded our expectations in all aspects of the renovation project. Their professionalism communicating with us every step of the way and in dealing with change orders, multiple vendors and tight schedules was exemplary. The workmen/work women were professional, extremely competent and friendly. The workmanship was of the highest quality. We were very pleased. Elite Remodeling has been a wonderful experience for me. First, the staff really knows their business. They came to my home and looked at what I wanted done. Asked a few questions and left. A few days later they invited me to their store to show me what they had picked. The hit the nail on the head. As for the work crew, they were also wonderful. They would prep the area every day and at the end of the day they would clean it. The next day they would do it again. This went on for about 4 weeks. The quality of their work was excellent. Mr. Todd would come by about every 3 days to see the progress. The work was finished and a cleaning crew came in to make it sparkle. I had a walking shower, new vanity, lights and a pocket door installed. I recommend this company Elite Remodeling from Frisco, TX to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Elite Remodeling did a complete redo of our kitchen and earned 5 stars from design to the finishing touches. Kelli listened well and offered good design options to fit our needs. And she was very helpful with colors, textures and finishes. When some lead based paint and plumbing challenges came up in our 1955 home, John and his team provided great solutions while ensuring the job got done right. We found all the workers and subs to be professional, courteous and skilled in their various trades. Elite did a great job of communicating with us throughout the project, and afterward. Elite redesigned our bath with a new and larger tile shower, freestanding tub, new tile and lights. Kelli did an excellent job designing our new bath. Steve and his team took Kelli's design and made it a reality. We were given an estimate of 6 weeks to complete the project, however Elite went above and beyond to complete the project in about 3 weeks without sacrificing quality. Timing was important with our baby coming within 8 weeks of the project start date. We are extremely happy with our bathroom and our experience with Elite Remodeling.

We hired Elite for a remodel of our master bathroom. It was our first time with a project of this size and it really was a great experience. We initially hired Elite Remodeling about four years ago to remodel a bathroom, a laundry area, and kitchen. They did an excellent job in a timely manner with minimal disruption to our family. So two years ago we hired them to remodel our other three bathrooms, as well as some other smaller jobs like repairing a wall where there was some water damage. Finally, this past summer we hired them to install wood flooring on two floors, plus redo the stairs and balusters going to the second floor, and replace three outside doors; plus, again some smaller jobs such as some brick repair work and redo some built in cabinets. Whether the job was large or small, each job was done well and they were not happy until we were. In addition, if something shows up later they return to fix it. I have called twice, once almost two years after the job, for minor fixes and both were handled within a week at no charge. Everything about these three jobs were handled professionally, from the paper work to the workmanship. They were flexible when we asked them to be and honored deadlines for which we had asked. We were very pleased how all these projects turned out and would not hesitate to call them again, if needed, for another project. John Todd has put together a quality company. I have no reservations in recommending Elite Remodeling.

We did an extensive remodel of our master bathroom. Windows, moving the shower, tub removed,floor redone,etc... We are very happy with the quality of the work and detail put into it. All our concerns were addressed. Our only complaint, was at times, things drug on and there were delays so it took longer than expected. The employees were very skilled and respectful. We are very happy with the results and know anyone who uses Elite will be as well.

For my kitchen remodel, I kept my existing cabinets and flooring, and changed everything else...appliances, counter top, back splash, lighting, sink, fixtures and cabinet hardware. Elite's designer, Staci, assisted me with the selection of all materials, the design of the tile back splash, and the placement for the lighting. I don't really enjoy shopping, and I had been concerned about the weight of these decisions, knowing I'd have to live with my choices for a very long time. But once we got started, it was actually a lot of fun. I could see Staci was not going to let me make a huge design mistake. She gently pointed out things about my kitchen that would affect my selections (things I had not noticed in 10 years of living in my house!) She was conscientious about sticking to my budget. I couldn't be more pleased, not only with the results, but with the entire experience. Every night, I returned from work to find my kitchen was swept and materials were out of my way. At the end of the project, they had a cleaning team come in to clean the kitchen and adjacent rooms. My house looked fabulous. Elite runs their projects similar to how we handle projects at my multi-billion dollar company. There is a documented project plan outlining the work to be done and the time line. John (the owner), Staci, and the project managers met with me at my home for a project kickoff meeting, and we walked through every aspect of the project, right down to where my cat would be during the construction and what bathroom the workers were permitted to use. Communication throughout the project was consistent and timely. I usually had a response to my texts to the project manager within 30 minutes. I have a very stressful job, and I was thrilled that I didn't have to spend time chasing anyone down or worrying if they would honor their commitments. Elite's focus is clearly on customer service and quality. They enter the project with a spirit of collaboration and don't try to push you to make choices you can't afford. I have heard such horror stories about remodeling companies. When I tell people my project was completed on time and on budget, and I had a great experience, many are surprised. For you single women out there, Elite would be a good choice for you. I interviewed 4 other contractors prior to selecting Elite, and those interactions left me with a feeling that they were going to rip me off. I didn't have even a hint of that with Elite. Their team was in no way patronizing or impatient when I had questions, and there was full transparency. Elite has tours of client's homes every few months, so you can see their work and speak to the client about the experience. Definitely take one of these tours as part of your vetting process. Not only do you get to see the quality of Elite's work, but you can get some great ideas for your own project! Next up, I will have Elite remodel my master bath. Repeat business is probably the best endorsement of all!

Elite Remodeling did a wonderful job completely remodeling our kitchen. Originally, it was dark and closed-in. Kelli Parker designed an open space that accommodates all of our wants and needs. She and Staci Hayden helped us select beautiful materials that give it a timeless elegance.

We have been extremely happy with Elite Remodeling. John Todd’s entire team of professionals made it well worth the effort of moving out of our home for the remodel, which was total kitchen/living area with an entertainment center, all floors, and laundry facility. Much of the work involved updating electrical/plumbing. Kelli Parker brought forth a wonderful design with ideas that I had not imagined would work in our space, but that far exceeded our expectations. Staci Hayden provided multiple design options that not only were well within our budget, but mindful of our own concept. Chris Buchanan, as Senior Project Manager, guided his team of contractors and workers through to a beautiful finish, also providing some expert details we had not previously considered. Even though we were not in the home at the time, it was always left orderly and as clean as possible each day, with everyone being respectful of our home. Communication is key with so many people involved, and there was never a problem getting through to Chris or anyone else at Elite, always getting an immediate reply. Once the project began, there were weekly updates on the status of the work, and we were notified immediately of any possible costs that may not have been in the original plan. Elite Remodeling provided a wonderful experience and we will not hesitate to call on them in the future.

My kitchen, breakfast area, and powder bath were remodeled. Elite did a great job providing input along the way and modifying the project as changes were requested. Their responsiveness was fantastic. The work quality was great. Their input/suggestions/recommendations were spot-on. I will use them again for future work and recommend them without hesitation.

Having known John for many years through our mutual professional association, it's always a pleasure when I get to work together with him on a project. I had a kitchen remodel. The process began with designer Staci Hayden leading the decor choices. I knew I would need help and she was on top of what I wanted. She helped me pick granite, several tile choices, sink, fixtures, cabinet knobs and new appliances. New counters involved cutting down raised bars and included a new beautiful black granite sink. They knew exactly what I wanted in the counter prep work and did a perfect job including moving electrical outlets. The tile backsplash was completed with a medallion over the new cooktop and under the brand new installed custom venthood that actually does now vent to the outside! I also had a minor remodel in my bathroom that included new sinks, fixtures and a new mirror frame. For just a minor update I feel like I have a brand new bathroom! Chris Buchanan was the construction superintendent and took time to understand what I wanted, worked with the subcontractors and always kept me informed of what and when the work would be done and when subs would be at my home. All subs were very skilled and polite. They always kept the jobsite clean after each day of work. I've been told by the owner of Elite to continue to see if there are any minor adjustments that might be needed and gave me confidence that the job would be over and above my satisfaction. I'm very happy with my new kitchen and bathroom!

I had my kitchen and Laubndry room remodel with Elite. Excellent experience from planning stage to completion. The designers, team leaders, administrative employees, and on the job workers are professionals with experience who make customer service and satisfaction their number 1 priority. We called Elite Remodeling to perform some woodwork after a flood. He and his associate Steve came to our home were polite, respectful, honest and very professional when assessing the work to be done.

We have used Elite Remodeling for several areas our house. They were great. They are on time, professional, and clean. They created a fabulous design for our kitchen. When completed I had a dream kitchen.

Upgraded tub and shower in a master bathroom with the highest end state-of-the-art fixtures. Well coordinated with very responsive follow-up on concerns. Had what was thought to be a minor problem with one of the products installed. Turned out not to be such a small problem. After Elite contacted the manufacture about the issue it was determined that the insulation had to have a modification installed. Elite picked up the task and completed expeditiously. Will use and recommend to anybody that they would not be disappointed with hiring Elite Remodeling for their renovation project.

Elite Remodeling is a very professional orginazition. They are respectful and courteous. Any problems that arose during the remodel were handled immediately. They went out of their way to warranty our electrical circuit of any problems that might arise in the future due to the increased wattage of our new electric oven. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional quality and hassle free remodel.

We visited Elite’s showroom to inquire about design and construction of our master bathroom remodel project. We were stumped on how to finalize the design and make selections and Kelli listened and worked with us to come up with a design that really fit our style. Their showroom/design center was a real asset to meet with Kelli several times to do all the preplanning and make selections. Her design knowledge and advice was excellent. Elite has an excellent total project process and documentation procedure to assure all of the planning and selections are documented before starting the work. This really helps the project go faster once work is started. They were very willing to work with us on parts of the project we wanted to do ourselves. Our project manager, Matt, was always available via text or phone early or late and kept us advised of when things were happening. The craftsmen who performed the work were very skilled and experienced, the tile work is exceptional. We are extremely satisfied with the results and final cleanup. We will use Elite again when we continue our remodeling and we highly recommend Elite for anyone interested in friendly, professional, high quality, full service design and remodeling. My husband and I had worked with Elite Remodeling in the past so when we found out we had a serious leak in our master bathroom wall we called Elite again. John Todd and his team took care of our project with the utmost professionalism. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again or recommend them to a friend.

We were undecided on whether to do a complete remodel of our kitchen. My husband knew a designer and suggested we hire her, just to get some "ideas." We were given two GREAT designs and two months later, our project began. Kelli, our designer, made the process painless. She was very knowledgeable about appliance selections, along with venders for tile, granite and hardware. Our contractor(a personal friend of ours) was amazed at the Elite Design plans and was happy to refer future clients for their services. Our designer was always in contact with us and our contractor as questions or problems arose. The cabinets we purchased from Elite Remodelling are beautiful and have made our kitchen so much more functional, than we could possibly dream. The quality of service was meticulous, from plans, to delivery and installation of cabinets, and FINAL inspection at completion of project. Elite previously completed 3 bath remodel projects for us - 1 master and 2 guest. In Sept 2014 they completed the 4th and largest project, a complete remodel of the kitchen and laundry room areas, new wood flooring in the kitchen, breakfast and den areas, new tile flooring in the laundry and powder bath and upgrading stair balusters to iron. Based on our satisfaction with Elite there was no decision on the firm that would "redo" our kitchen - Elite is the only firm we would consider. About all we gave our designer, Kelli, was a description of a kitchen with a large island and a target budget. Several weeks later she came back with a design that "blew us away" and that was within an acceptable budget range. Once we said yes to the project we made our final product decisions and had a formal project kick off. This is another strength of Elite - their approach to project management. Our project was headed by Steve - he made sure we understood the project timeline, the daily and weekly communication points and introduced us to the network of skilled contractors (carpenters, tile workers, electrician, plumber, etc.) that would work on our project. Steve kept the project moving. The few bumps that were encountered were managed to ensure there was minimal disruption to the project. Steve and the contractors focused on two areas - work quality and meeting customer expectations. As the result the project concluded on time with quality results. It has been 2 months since the remodel concluded and we absolutely LOVE our kitchen and all the work Elite did. People walk in our house and see the large island and think we enlarged the kitchen - we tell them, no we just got a really great kitchen designer. Their next question is how did you live through a remodel of this size, we tell them that when you work with a professional remodel firm, they make it OK for you. Bottom line - great designer, project manager, contractors = Elite Remodeling!

John and his team terrific! They remodled most of my 5 bedroom house. Our masterbath is award winning, wre they took our needs and transformed our bathroom into a dream!

We started our remodel of our kitchen in early 2013. We hired Elite Remodeling to design and remodel our kitchen and refurbish our den, dining room, game room and utility room. We selected Elite because of a previous remodel of our master bathroom which turned out exceptional. Starting with the design by Jennifer she was given the challenge of designing this new kitchen and include an island. This was a must from my wife. The problem was our kitchen is narrow and it was challenging to include a function island. However, Jennifer was able to create a design that would give us what we wanted while designing all the appliances to be situated in a very functional arrangement. Elite allowed us to buy our own appliances and they designed around what we selected. During this process and throughout the entire project Elite was very flexible in scheduling appointments with us that met my wife's and my demanding schedule. These meetings would occur in the late afternoon or on the weekends. Once the design was agreed to we started into construction which was led by Steve. He brought a very strong group of subcontractors into our house that were very courteous and trustworthy with the added benefit of being very exceptional at their trade. The teams showed up when they were scheduled to be there and work progressed on schedule. We had very few change orders and the ones we had were a result of changes made by my wife or me. As construction was progressing we started working with another one of Elite's designers that specializes in coordination of the accessories and color throughout the design, Gabrielle. She helped pick out the right counter tops, backsplash and paint throughout the kitchen and the remaining areas we were modifying. The result was an exceptional kitchen with an island my wife loves and we have received numerous positive comments from all that have visited our house. We will use Elite Remodeling on our next project not only because they do great work but they stand solidly behind their work and they are great people to work with on a daily basis. I elite remodeling they created a very unique design. I love the colors, the poisedon noce tiles go beautifully with the sandy backsplash. The darkwood cabinets and stainless steel appliances approach makes the kitchen look modern, feels fresh and the colors blend in well together with such great style. Our remodel experience (kitchen) was a great one from start to finish! We chose Elite Remodeling for their expertise in the industry - they had received many awards. When we visited their showroom we were very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the entire crew. The easiest part of the entire project was choosing Elite. They guided, educated, and eased all our concerns/questions throughout the process. Our expectations were met as they completed the job on time and within the budget agreed upon. They addressed all our concerns during the actual remodel. Issues that seemed like a big deal to my husband, were handled quickly and skillfully by Elite personnel. Elite Remodeling recently did a room addition for us, as well as, updated our kitchen. They completed the project on time and did a great job. They also did a fantastic job of keeping the project such that we were able to live in our house the entire time without too much problem. The entire team was very courteous and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would use them again.

Having used Elite Remodeling on three separate occasions for kitchen and bathroom remodeling as well as flooring, I want everyone to know how fantastic this company is on follow up warranty work. After 4 years I needed to have some grout replaced in the Master Bath shower, and it was done quickly and efficiently with no cost to me. When I had a slight problem with my Jetta tub drain, it was fixed quickly and professionally and again at no cost to me. The warranty service with Elite Remodeling is superb. Why would you use any other remodeling company? They stand behind their work like no other.

We remodeled our guest bathroom and used Elite. It was a smaller job, but we had hired them for 2 other projects in the past. We received the same quality of service and attention to detail as our previous projects. If something is not right, you can be assured that it will be completed to your satisfaction.

We had a room built over our attic John (owner) and Todd (The PM) were great to work with and both were very professional. As for any construction there were hiccups but as a team we were able to work through it all. I would highly recommend doing business with Elite.
