About Us

Providing one-of-a-kind kitchens, bathrooms and residential interiors for the Oak Park and River Forest area, Chicago and the Western Suburbs. My goal as your designer is to provide customized design services which allow your home to fit your lifestyle. My approach to kitchen and bathroom design involves close collaboration with the homeowner so that I can fully understand your needs and desires and help you hone-in on your style to create a totally unique room that is "you". My prior experience working for a construction firm has taught me the value in having a good relationship with between the homeowner, designer, and contractor. I work closely with the contractors involved in all of my projects to ensure that no detail is left unattended to. My projects range from anything as small as offering advice on a new backsplash or paint color, to as large as a kitchen addition or whole home remodel.

I really enjoyed working with Jill on the remodel of my kitchen and family room. My main concern going in was how to bring together the bright, new kitchen I desired with the warm tones I also love in my 100+ year old Oak Park home. Jill provided options for colors and finishes that really tied together the new elements of the remodel with the historic character of the home. She also helped me think through the layout of the kitchen so that the placement of the different cabinets and appliances was in sync with how we move about the kitchen. Jill has a very nice way about her and worked very well with my general contractor, too. I highly recommend Jill Warren Design!

Jill was excellent to work with. She is easy to talk to and accessible to answer all questions. She took our ideas and helped us select every item for our new kitchen. We stay within budget with her out-of-the-box thinking and ideas. We love our new open space and the clean details.

Jill is a great designer! She transformed our horribly outdated kitchen into a cook's dream! She takes the time to really understand what you want and then presents options that fit your ask. And, she is great with including additional ideas that are a fantastic complement to the design. From our initial consultation through the completed project, we felt very comfortable knowing Jill was was there every step of the way. We highly recommend Jill and would look to work with her again for future projects!

Commented: What is the wood? Is this quarter sawn oak? Also, what stain color?yes, the wood is quarter-sawn oak. the stain was a custom color to match existing trim in the house.
