We are new to FL and didn't have recommendations for a renovation project. I found K&B by searching for the local Decora cabinet representative, and I am happy I did find them. Although I had no personal recommendation for this firm, Levi and April immediately seemed trustworthy and honest and our gut told us this was a company that truly cared about the outcome of our project. I interviewed three contractors and got three quotes. I felt only K&B truly listened and didn't try to upsell us. While our new kitchen is the highlight, we also removed two walls, soffits, mirrors and had new floors installed in most of the house. K&B didn't do the floors but were happy for us to find a source (something not all contractors will do) and their team worked beautifully with the flooring guys. Our schedule took longer than usual for K&B, (still shorter than my two previous kitchen renos) and that was simply due to Covid backorders. They were far more concerned about the delay than we were. The subcontractors - plumber, electrician and drywall - immediately went into my contacts so we can use them again. There were a few differences from my previous projects. K&B quotes an all inclusive price without an itemized breakdown and that initially made me nervous just because it was different than I am used to, but turned out to be exactly what I paid. A refreshing change. Previous contractors actually wrote in the contract that we couldn't communicate with the subs. K&B was far more flexible and was ok with my asking the electrician to do some additional work. So we have a gorgeous kitchen that is very functional with an improved workflow that came in on budget! Well done K&B.

Kitchen & Bath did a partial renovation of my kitchen and installed new countertops on the master bath vanities. The kitchen project involved removing existing granite countertops and backsplash, install new quartz countertops and sink; install tile backsplash; remove existing range and install cooktop with a new three drawer cabinet; remove an existing cabinet and install a new cabinet to accommodate a new wall oven. In addition, we replaced existing vanity countertops and sinks with quartz and new sinks. They were able to match the existing cabinets. The demolition and installation went without a hitch, and their extremely skilled workers were able to blend the new cabinets seamlessly with the existing layout. The project also called for additional electrical installation and plumbing work to reinstall the existing faucets. Everyone from Kitchen & Bath who worked on the project were professional, courteous, and skilled. Special kudos to their demolition crew - they worked tirelessly to keep disruption at a minimum. I highly recommend Kitchen & Bath on the Isle.

My husband and I hired Kitchen and Bath on the Isle in Venice, Florida, to renovate the kitchen in our condo, which involved opening up the closed kitchen to the full height of the vaulted ceiling to match our connecting dining and living room and also partially remodeling our master bath, which involved removing a wall. We were absent during the demo and remodel, but K&B kept us informed every step of the way with weekly phone calls, updates, and photos, showing the progress. They kept to the budget and schedule. We were more than satisfied with the entire renovation, and would give them an 11 out of 10. We can’t say enough about the attention to detail regarding the project from start to finish. K&B coordinated handling the delivery and installation of all of the kitchen appliances and coordinated the installation of our floors in the entire condo. I have recommended K&B to all of our friends and would recommend the company to anyone who is looking to remodel their kitchen and/or bath. The company is very professional and the knowledge and quality of their work is unsurpassed.

Kitchen and Bath on the aisle completed a total renovation of our kitchen while we remained in the home. This company was a dream to work with from start to finish. We had great trepidation about making the decisions, and narrowing the choices, plus living with the mess and inconvenience etc. but absolutely enjoyed the process.
From design to selection of products in their one stop showroom, to installation there were no hiccups.
Great family owned and run company, with great staff who work to assure that everything goes smoothly. The project was scheduled to be completed in 4 weeks, and we were back in operation in 3. Love these guys!!
Can’t wait to remodel our guest bath!

Kitchen & Bath on the Isle recently completed an extensive remodeling of our new home. We had all flooring replaced, a kitchen remodel with new cabinets counters and appliances, and a bath remodel with new counter cabinets and walk-in shower. W are very pleased with their work and they were great to work with. The staff and management were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. All of their workers were conscientious and respectful of our needs, privacy and satisfaction with their work. the finished work product is great and even exceeds our expectations. We had contacted several other Companies about this job and we are glad we chose Kitchen & Bath on the Isle to do the work.

Master Bath renovation was project one to include removal of large mirrors over vanities, texturing walls, painting and replacing with Kohler medicine cabinets; installing new custom-made vanities and quartz countertops; removal of jetted tub (capped off pipes); tiling the space left bare with tub gone; replaced existing window with a new hurricane-grade window. Complete redo in shower! Second Project ~ Removal of large window in Family Room and replaced with a wall! The crew, on both projects was excellent on their level of expertise. Same team set up dust-containment barriers for projects. Crew teams were always on time. Most definitely will hire Kitchen and Bath on the Isle for two other projects.

We contracted to remodel 2 bathrooms in our house.
The entire process from planning to completion was the BEST.
All the people involved were professional and hard working. April and Levi had great suggestions to help us select the doors, cabinets, floors, lighting, countertops, etc. All this was accomplished in their one- stop showroom. The professionals they sent out to do the work knew what they were doing and worked to make everything perfect. The process was as dust free as possible and they also provided cleaning after the project was complete. Deadlines and budgets were within the original estimate.
We will hire Kitchen and Bath on the Isle for any future home remodeling.

:) It may have been pure dumb luck or divine intervention but choosing Kitchen and Bath on the Isle (K&B) was the best decision of our lives.
We embarked on our renovation journey searching for a contractor in early 2018. Several responded and several either couldn’t accept new work or schedule work in a timely manner. We decided on K&B because of their commitment to a timetable and their proven reputation in our building and the Venice area.
:) Al and April Dyne assured us they never take on too much work to make their current projects suffer.
What began as just “replacing the washer and dryer” escalated into a complete and major renovation of our condo unit. We never attempted such a project before and were filled with anxiety and uneasiness. We heard horror stories of contractors leaving with unfinished work and unsatisfied customers.
:) Levi worked on creative, sometime ingenious ways to turn our dreams into reality.
The computerized drawings gave us a first glimpse of how things would look. Levi headed the planning. Many of the features we wanted took on “a life of their own,” as they were molded and modified to fit the space uncovered by the demolition. Rather than taking the easy way out by telling us “that can’t be done,” Levi gave us workable alternatives. Our condo has features not found in any other unit in the building.
:) April guided us through the overwhelming number of color and style choices with suggestions that fit our liking.
Although we feared days of wallowing through indecisiveness and trepidation, we never turned into that couple, straining to agree on too many options of layouts, fixtures, colors, and styles. The entire process was very easy and stress-free with no arguments or drawn-out decisions.
:) Chris faithfully called every night to recap the daily progress and to update us on the evolving schedule.
Once the work began, a crew showed up 5 workdays per week, for 50 workdays non-stop. Chris would let us know the time a crew would arrive the next morning and what they might accomplish. We were never left in the dark about anything. I captured much of the process with pictures showing how every subcontractor arrived when needed in an endless flurry of activity. It was a luxury to be an observer, never worrying about scheduling contractors or getting caught in the middle of them. Al, Chris and Levi took care of that.
:) K&B insists on high quality work and high standards from their own workers and all subcontractors.
We have the highest praise for the K&B artisans. Thanks to Robby, our walls are beautifully smooth. With time and effort, he turned our uneven hallway wall into a long, flat surface. John was impeccable with cabinetry. His attention to detail was amazing. Brian meticulously installed doors and trim work in all the rooms and closets. K&B insists on high standards from their subcontractors also. Stanley and his crew of stone workers installed the floor tile, kitchen backsplash, bath/shower tile and grout with precision and care. The quartz countertops are beautiful. The electrical and HVAC crews were industrious and efficient. The plumbers were friendly, skilled and responsive to our preferences. Even the demolition crew was praiseworthy for gutting our unit with remarkable speed and diligence.
:) April insured us very early on that this was the start of a long-term relationship.
From the start, K&B was very good at easing our worries over our renovation by keeping us focused on the final outcome, satisfaction guaranteed. We’ve had a few minor issues requiring return visits to correct. Chris always scheduled a quick response and everything has been resolved to our satisfaction. All loose ends were tied. Knowing that K&B has been a part of Venice for a long time is reassuring. We are glad to be part of the Kitchen and Bath on the Isle extended family and hope to grow old together.

The first promise made by Kitchen and Bath on the Isle on the day I called for an appointment was "You are going to love us". How true that promise turned out to be!
My husband and I were looking for a total kitchen renovation: recessed lights, new cabinets, quartz countertops with an island that seated six, porcelain tile flooring and new appliance installation. We had previously visited a few kitchen stores but walked away overwhelmed and disillusioned. And then...Kitchen and Bath on the Isle made our decision easy. They did it all! Their company would provide the design, the contractors, a project manager that was on the job each and every day and a project coordinator who called every evening letting us know the next day's work and time schedule.
So many things stand out as I look back on our three-week kitchen transformation. First and foremost was the DESIGN. Our main focus was the creation of a large island that would seat multiple people while connecting our kitchen and family area. Al, the owner, took our vision to heart. He created a unique, breath-taking counter that became the centerpiece of the kitchen. Secondly, the CONTRACTORS that entered our house were professional, skilled, accommodating, friendly and incredibly neat. Another highlight was the COORDINATION of the project. We had been told that once the work began, our job would be the top priority. Again, that promise was honored!
And finally, the OWNERS themselves: Al, April and their son, Levi. What a pleasure to work with such professional, creative, caring people. This family-owned business is "the best of the best".
Thank you, Kitchen and Bath on the Isle, for an amazing kitchen renovation experience.

I love Kitchen & Bath ! I worked with Glennis & it was a very rewarding experience. They did what they said they would do, when they said, & no surprises. We had 2 1960's era bathrooms redone. We left the area & left everything in their hands. When we returned to a completed project, we were over-whelmed that everything was so neat, no mess at all. I would highly recommend Kitchen & Bath on the Isle to anyone.
