I worked with Anna at Liberty Bay Cabinetry and Interiors on a full kitchen remodel plus a butler pantry in 2022. Anna went above and beyond in every aspect of customer service for my cabinetry order. She was extremely responsive, very knowledgeable, and gave me really solid advice on things that weren't even part of my order with her. I embarked on a fairly significant remodel that involved moving a bathroom, taking out walls, and putting in a new kitchen. I acted as the "general contractor" and hired all the subcontractors myself for this complex project. This was tricky given that I have very little experience in construction/remodeling, but Anna was my north star! She guided me through the process of designing the perfect cabinet layout, and ordering cabinets and helped me think through everything I would need, scheduling deliveries, reacting to changes, and even driving out to drop off samples and extra trim pieces at my house. I have already given her name to multiple people as a reference. If I ever do any other cabinetry projects in my home, she will be my first call. It is rare to find this kind of service these days, and I feel lucky to have connected with Anna for my project. My cabinets are beautiful and I couldn't be happier!

Liberty Bay was very busy when we approached them about doing the cabinets in our new kitchen, but they came through with a great design that we are thrilled with.

Absolutely top notch. I have been working with Anna Runyard at Liberty Bay Cabinetry & Interiors for several months on a master bath vanity. Anna is remarkable, she delivered samples to my door (who does that?) and picked them up as well. She answered my urgent calls after hours with a plumbing design issue and every email I ever sent her, and there were many. I got estimates and lead times from numerous cabinet places and they were all out 14-19 weeks for delivery, prices were all over the map. Anna found away to get the vanity made and delivered in 6 weeks and stayed within my budget. Delivery is next week and I know it will be high quality and exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Liberty Bay Cabinetry and my new kitchen and bath professional, Anna Runyard.

After months of running into roadblock after roadblock with other designers to get a design completed for my kitchen remodel, Liberty Bay stepped up to the plate and got me a draft design the same day!
