North Shore Cabinetry

I just completed the personal kitchen of Charlie Capuano, of Capuano home appliances in which North Shore provided the cabinetry. After 32 years of doing kitchens I can honestly say that these were the most well made cabinets; from woodwork, to finish, to hardware, that I've installed. Highly recommended!

From the first set of plans they provided, North Shore Cabinetry was my choice for my kitchen cabinets/design renovation. No one else was able to create my vision, as intuitively as they did. The cabinets are high quality, and flawless, as was the work of their installation team, which North Shore Cabinetry provides for their projects. Totally satisfied.

After 12 years, I am still completely satisfied with my kitchen remodel and cabinets from North Shore Cabinetry. My cabinets still function perfectly. There is basically no wear on the finish, except for a minor bit by the garbage pail. However, with a family of 6, this is impressive. Rob the installer is a true craftsman. In addition to the design and installation, Bob Walsh took the time to help me with my lighting design. At that time, I had no idea that it was my responsibility to come up with the lighting plan. Since I had little knowledge where to begin, it was a great favor to me that Bob helped me out with that. Additionally, in the last 12 years, I've only had to have one minor service call.

We hired Bob to build cabinets for our eat-in kitchen, and a custom vanity for our bathroom. Everything about our experience was positive. Bob came to our house to measure, and had preliminary plans drawn to help us decide on a layout and design. We went to his studio to look at cabinet construction, finishes, and hardware. His staff was very helpful during the design phase, and kept us updated during the build process. When our cabinets arrived, their installer Rob took meticulous care to ensure everything was perfect and completed the installation all while asking for input when necessary. Overall we are extremely happy with the work and would certainly use North Shore Cabinetry again or recommend them to anyone looking for cabinetry or mill work.

The plan to expand our home required the back wall of the house, (containing our sink, dishwasher, cooktop and cabinets, to be removed. I could not imagine how we would fit everything in without that wall. Dean provided us with an ingenious design and worked in every detail of my dream kitchen. Their carpenter, Rob, did an amazing installation. The entire North Shore staff was top notch. 10 years later, we still love our kitchen. We have called upon North Shore Cabinetry on several occasions for minor adjustments. They always respond promptly and happy to help.

It is easy to review this company because it was a positive experience from beginning to end. I had a kitchen and bar area designed and installed 10 years ago. When I sold my house recently, the cabinets still looked brand new. My new home (2013) needed a complete overhaul. I knew I had to call Bob @ North Shore Cabinetry again. He handled my entire renovation which included the kitchen, 3 bathrooms as well as coordinating the Reno for 7 other rooms in the house. From designing to the install, the work was amazing. Rob the installer is meticulous and neat. All workman were professional and respectful. It was a pleasure and I would highly recommend North Shore Cabinetry.

North Shore Cabinetry professionals listened to all our needs when in the design phase. I had definite ideas that they where able to bring to fruition very skillfully. We brainstormed together with Bob to create our unique and beautiful kitchen, bathrooms and entertainment center. I love that there is extreme attention to detail in all their work and that they are open to ideas.

In 2007, when we were renovating our kitchen and 5 bathrooms, North Shore Cabinetry was recommended to us by a friend. Bob and Dean did an incredible job and took the time during the course of 6 or so months to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted. To this day, everybody who walks into our house immediately comments on how great the kitchen is. North Shore Cabinetry provides a great service at a very competitive price. We couldn't have been happier with the job that they did!

I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for! With that said, the Plato cabinets Bob's firm installed in our kitchen are very good quality. The entire process was handled professionally and the installation was very good. Their installer takes his time to ensure a quality installation. From design to completion, the experience was very good. You can certainly get a lower price by shopping elsewhere, but the quality and service you receive from North Shore is commensurate with the pricing. Don't hesitate to engage North Shore for your kitchen redesign, you won't be disappointed!

I've been a contractor for almost 40 years and I've used Bob Walsh and his kitchen company for many of my own kitchen projects. My customers have been satisfied from the planning stage through to the installation stage. This kitchen company has benefitted the overall success of my own company when Bobby does the cabinet work. Just recently, Bobby's daughter, Linda, designed my bedroom set and it has added an outstanding look to my home. My wife and I are so happy with the finished project. My husband and I bought a 1939 Tudor back in 2012. It had all the charm one would expect with a Tudor, however, the kitchen was in real bad shape. We first met with Bob on site. After listening to our wants and needs, he began sketching out our dream kitchen right in front of us. (Very impressive) We now have the most beautiful kitchen and could not be happier. We were extremely comfortable working with North Shore and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work done by talented people who seriously love what they do.
