DESIGN PHILOSOPHY What is Design? Design is creativity. It is listening, understanding, observing, thinking, and evaluating. It is taking all that and translating it into spaces that inspire and motivate. I believe good design is the result of a dialogue between the Designer and the Client. I want to know what matters to you, how you want to live your life. Your home is a reflection of your personality, a place where family and friends gather to share their lives. It is a place that is not just seen, but felt and experienced. I am driven by design and the collaboration of ideas that come from all parties involved… the Client, the Architect, the Contractor, the Craftsman. Commented: What is the name of the carpet/manufacturer in the living room?I purchased it for the client from a rug source in Bellevue, Washington (Palace Rugs). It is a one of a kind, hand loomed, wool rug from the Middle East. Yes, the color is beautiful and very unique.
