In 1984, John and Virginia Birdsall became the proud owners and operators of Penterman Kitchens and Baths. Virginia’s love of kitchen and bath design began four years earlier, working for George Penterman, the original founder of the company. A graduate of the Wood-Mode Training School, out of a class of 1,300 she was one of only seven to have earned a perfect score. Since the acquisition, Virginia has gone on to win several industry awards including multiple Platinum, Gold, Silver and Master Club Awards. Beyond her education and awards Virginia’s highest achievement is in providing her clients with the kitchens and baths they dream of, often with results that were beyond their dreams. Virginia’s unique ability to listen to her clients’ needs and more importantly the story behind the needs, results in the delivery of the best in kitchen and bath designs possible. The finished product is both an aesthetically and visually beautiful room combined with performance and function.
