Prima Kitchen New York

Prima Kitchen promises high quality products and high expertise and delivers in EVERY way. I needed to update my NYC condo kitchen and found Prima from other recommendations. I walked in (right as they were closing) and Alex stayed as long as I needed, well past closing hours, just to make sure I had all my questions answered. He was willing to do this even though I was not a customer under contract! Over the project duration, Alex was SUPER responsive (even when he was on vacation) and was also a great resource for things beyond just cabinets. He provided some other recommendations, gave his general big picture advice and made it all seamless. And then when it was time for the big action (installation), the crew surprised me even more. They were always there on time, and ready to go. Prima is a global brand, but with a true family spirit - that means every body was accessible and hands on deck for my small NYC kitchen (including the proprietor patriarch), just to make sure every detail was addressed and done to perfection. I can't thank Alex and his father enough, but also Dmitri who did a lot of the heavy lifting and Aris who put in the finishing touches needed. It was a true pleasure getting to know this group and working with them. FIVE STARS!

A Seamless Journey from Start to Finish My experience with Prima Kitchens has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Over the years, I have had several kitchens installed, but my experience with this company stands out as the very best. From the first meeting in the showroom to the final installation, everything was flawless. The design they created is truly beautiful—they made use of every bit of space, customizing certain features to ensure everything was complete. The lighting in the cabinetry makes the kitchen look like something out of a magazine—a dream come true, brought to life by their expertise. When it came time for installation, the team arrived on schedule and completed the work as promised. They worked efficiently and ensured there was no mess left behind. I couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend Prima Kitchens to anyone looking for exceptional quality and service.

We have nothing but glowing things to say about Prima. The experience was total pro, fun, and lo-stress. Natasha, Alex, and Aris were great communicators, and so easy to work with. They stayed well on schedule (not necessarily true for our other contractors during a long and arduous gut renovation!). The 1939 kitchen was not a standard shape and so we had to go with a custom designer. Natasha did a great job dealing with that. The cabinetry is from Germany and super high-quality. Our kitchen is the most beautiful room in the whole apartment!

When I walked into the 116th Street showroom, I pretty much saw my dream kitchen. The team helped me configure the kitchen to the layout of my apartment and preferences - extra high working surfaces, lighting, cabinets, appliances, countertop, etc. Can't say enough good things about my experience which was always professional with a keen eye on the details. Cooking and keeping my kitchen impeccably clean is a joyous experience and guests always compliment the kitchen space. Thank you very much!

Recently purchased my bathroom vanities through prima kitchen, overall very professional team with upfront costs. They also did installation which was a plus as the job was completed within a day.

I recently remodeled the layout and kitchen cabinets at my mother’s apartment in Harlem with Prima Kitchen. Excellent family business with incredible customer service. Aris and Alexandros worked diligently with me throughout many changes in budget and timeline which I appreciated a lot. Overall, the process took a few months from design to completion since everything is manufactured in Germany, but it was absolutely worth the wait and I couldn’t be happier with the final results. I Highly recommend the team at Prima for kitchen design and remodeling work and love to see a family owned owned business like theirs bring life into the area!

Working with Prima Kitchen was seamless from design to installation. They listened to my thoughts for the design approach, and made recommendations that made the space more functional. Highly recommended if you’re looking for someone to take care of a kitchen renovation project from start to finish without issues or delays.

Our dream home kitchen came together thanks to Prima Kitchen. Alex and Aris offered their vast knowledge of function, scale and styles to guide us through our goals of designs for our custom needs and the look that’s in sync with our home as a whole. We worked closely with Alex who was in charge of the design stage. He is personable, a good listener, with deep understanding of the products he offers so he would suggest options to meet our criteria that’s budget conscious and function driven. Aris, his brother, was in charge of installations, and he would offer design suggestions along with way where he often found unique solutions to our inquiries for customizations here and there. Everyone at Prima Kitchen stayed in touch with us with updates on the oversea production and delivery timeline, especially with all aspects still affected by Covid19. We appreciated their help with gathering the appliances that are to go within the kitchen layout as we sent over the specs of each potential products we’d want and get his feedback on the compatibility with our design. They worked closely with my contractor during the initial demolition of our old, existing kitchen where they directed the locations of all appliances. they would work on the preparation of walls themselves to ensure a perfect fit. Once all parts arrived, the installation was speedy with near perfect fit. They completed the work by fine-tuning the alignments, corners and gaps. We wholeheartedly recommend Prima Kitchen with their modern day sensibilities, authentic interpersonal interactions and their skillful installations that’s clean and precise.

From the moment I walked into the showroom I knew this was the kitchen I wanted. Natasha and Aris were fantastic to work with. Natasha heard everything I said, and worked tireless to design my dream kitchen. Her designs were perfect. Once the cabinets arrived, they were quickly and efficiently brought inside. Then, before my eyes, Aris and his father worked for five straight days installing. The work was clean and done to perfection. Natasha's design appeared before my eyes. Everything is perfect and Natasha came to make sure. Prima Kitchen was a pleasure to work with and the end result is perfect. I could not be happier. Will update with photos when the counter top is installed.

This is the most professional team we’ve ever worked with: Perfection with no delays at all stages (design, installation, service, and advice), lovely people, and the product is just great. Highly recommended for kitchens, bathrooms, and closets.

I give my highest recommendation to Prima Kitchen. From design to material selection, production and delivery everything was A++ professional, timely and at a reasonable price. They are truly focused on the customer experience and satisfaction.
