Took a few pieces of floor from a recent purchase into and around the house and soon realised we hated it in there. This floor is very nice...just not at our place. TRIED to communicate by phone, e-mail and also returning the unopened packages with receipt and were spurned or treated badly and NO refund. I would not trust or recommend them now; to be sure you're on your own. Quality is nothing without great customer service!
