Surroundings Interiors has been in business in Iowa City since 1990. Jean Phipps, Renee Funderburk and Lori Waters, assist their clients with all aspects of interior design, from selecting a simple window treatment or the perfect lamp to guiding a homeowner through the entire process of a new construction project. Surroundings showcases cabinets, countertops, floor and wall coverings, and fabrics. This space is open by appointment only and offers a comfortable space to make the selections for your project. Surroundings is proud of the fact that they are the only design company in the Iowa City/Coralville area that really offers complete one-stop shopping. Your entire new home or kitchen remodel can be handled by their designers including basic space planning, cabinet and countertop selections, furniture and accessories. They will act as your project coordinator from start to finish.
