Mr. Steam

Production cut in half after three weeks. Top temperature 110, though it feels much cooler. Looks more like a mist than steam. Talked to reps, they said it was fine and don't stand behind it. Get something else.

I’ve been using Mr. team for 5+ years never an issue in replacing a lightbulb the online help was terrific- really well done.

This is my second Mr. Steam unit. The first lasted about 16 to 18 years and was used constantly. We live in a climate which can be very cold and a steam unit alleviates dry respiratory passages in sinuses. Mr. Steam and humidifiers make the winter more pleasant and tolerable. I was not always happy with my previous Mr. Steam unit because the control unit was not very durable and had to be replaced and the replacement parts were difficult and costly to fine. However this Mr. Steam unit is totally different and the company service has been incredibly helpful. I accidentally dropped the control unit immediately after installation and Mr. Steam replaced the damaged part at no cost. I used a company called DR Services in Glenview IL to do the work and they were very reasonable and very competent compared with a company that is a so-called specialist in steam units near here.

Ronald with technical support was terrific and helped troubleshoot the generator issue very expeditiously, what great service. Excellent service and a very robust product.

These guys are the best!! Been working with me overstep of the way to resolve a damage part on my unit. LOVE their products and staff!!!

Mr Steam support team is wonderful! We had an issue with our control panel. Cici was so great and got a replacement screen sent out the same day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a steam system!

Mr. Steam is a great company! As a designer, I have sold several of their steam systems and my clients are always pleased. I recently visited their offices and factory and was very impressed Their entire team is extremely knowledgeable, reliable and friendly. You have been warned! Mr. Steam does not stand behind their product. After 2 days of trying to get someone from technical support the response was - send me a picture. Then take out the unit and send it to us. This was on a new unit - never used on the first run of the system. They offer a 2 year on-site warranty - but from the day you purchase. We purchased it early in our build process - so when we moved in just past the 2 year mark. Poor workmanship of the product -and really really poor customer service form technical support. If you buy - buy as late as you can. Even then I suspect they have a canned answer for issues - take it our - and send it to us for Quality and review it - because every homeowner has an electrician and plumber on standby to remove the unit.
