I have worked with Advanced Contracting on more than one occasion and they’re work is exceptional. Not only have we been incredibly satisfied with the quality and high end level of work they have done in our home, but I have seen what they have done in others as well. They pay attention to every detail we wouldn’t think of ourselves. We love that they are there for us every step of the way until the project is completed. My only regret is not knowing about them sooner when we first purchased our home because we would have been much happier and had a much better result. If you want 100% reliable service, people of integrity to work with, and the highest quality work done, then there is no one I’d rather recommend.

Advanced Contracting was a pleasure to work with on our new pool house. They we honest and knowledgeable throughout the entire duration of the construction. Randy was onsite everyday working through many of the details that needed to be coordinated with different special finishes, tying into existing conditions around the pool and installation of new appliances. Advanced Contracting Inc. (ACI) did an absolutely fabulous job in constructing our four-bay detached garage with a 1,600 square foot full apartment on top. From their 3-D design rendering to their attention to the smallest of details throughout the construction project, we were so pleased with our experience. Their quality of work is superb and throughout the build, the job site was the neatest and most organized we have ever seen! The compliments on how beautiful the structure looks, both inside and out, have been pouring in! We have used Advanced Contracting in the past to remodel a bathroom and were very pleased with the results. We decided to use Advanced Contracting again to replace the entire front door, transom window, and framing due to a water leak that was causing damage to the front entrance floor. Randy and his workers did excellent work in replacing the framing, window, door, and repairing the damaged floor. The attention to detail is outstanding! The workmen were very professional and diligent. We are extremely pleased with the results, and will not hesitate to highly recommend Advanced Contracting to anyone!

Patty and Randy are fabulous to work with. Patty made shopping for bathroom cabinets, tile and fixtures easy. Randy ensured all the work was completed properly. Great communication- questions were answered promptly and scheduling updates were provided on a regular basis. My bathroom renovation turned out great and I can’t wait to start the next job with Patty and Randy.

During the past 2 years, ACI renovated 2 baths and a kitchen for us, as well as several other smaller projects. We rate all of their work superior: design and performance; adherence to schedule; proposal and pricing clarity and detail; neatness of job site. All issues that arose during these renovations were immediately addressed and fully resolved. We highly recommend ACI for any type of home remodeling.

We used Advance Contracting, INC to perform a complete remodel of our kitchen and first floor installation of hardwood flooring. Patty and Randy Iacone did an excellent job for us. Both are personable and easy to work with. At the onset, they provided an accurate cost estimate and work schedule. Randy kept us informed of any construction issues and worked to resolve them. Patty was a great help in bringing us to the various vendors and providing suggestions regarding all sorts of decisions such as cabinet selection, appliances, color themes etc. Working in tandem, they kept us informed on progress, and provided prompt and complete follow-up to any of our questions and concerns. Advanced Contracting synchronized the work among the contractors (electrical, plumbing, tile, floor, cabinetry etc.) to ensure things were done in a logical sequence so contractors did not “step on each other’s work”. We definitely have appreciated their attention to detail and even as the job has come to completion, they continue to readily field our questions and resolve items we did not initially notice, such as a squeaking floor board or following up on caulking and grouting. We learned a lot about remodeling through watching the work progress and via the guidance and advice of Randy and Patty. We would feel confident in hiring them for any home upgrades in the future.

Advanced Contracting is the construction contractor of your dreams. I recommend them without reservation and grade them A+. Faced with an upstairs shower leak from a burst pipe that flooded the walls, ceiling, and kitchen below, Advanced Contracting came in and repaired the damage to these areas and replaced the shower walls, tiling and flooring. They are complete professionals. Everything went exactly as planned and promised. Owner Randy is a true and inspired craftsman with a deep knowledge base and high level of expertise. He dots every "I" and crosses every "T". Under his direction, his entire crew functions as a well oiled and skilled machine who are wonderful to work with. I called several contractors before deciding on Advanced. No one else came close to offering the flawless level of service and expertise that Advanced Contracting provided. Advanced contracting is a complete pleasure to work with and delivered everything on schedule as promised. You cannot ask for more. If you are fortunate enough to find that they are available for your job, I suggest you hire them right away.

Randy and Patty were fantastic to work with during our whole house renovation which included a new kitchen, master and hall baths, and staircase. We gave them a very tight schedule with a lot of wants, and they worked closely with us to make both realistic. Highly communicative, they kept us up to date on the schedule, noting even the smallest of issues that arose, and where it was wise to make adjustments to our plan. In the end, they were able to complete the project on time and on budget. We are thrilled with the outcome and would definitely recommend this contractor to deliver an outstanding renovation project. In fact, we will use them again for future projects that we will do to our house.

We used Advanced Contractors, Inc. (ACI) to finish a top level of our three level townhouse. They put in a bathroom in a unfinished space (new plumbing), extended wood floors and refinished existing floors. It was our first renovation and were under very tight timeline. We are happy to say Randy and Patty know how to deliver! We could not have asked for a better contractor to work with. We got several estimates from different companies (as a good home owner would). There are several areas that ACI stood out from others. First, they listen - they listened to our questions and actually hear the underlying concerns that is triggering the question. We found that other contractors didn’t hear what we had to say, or busy saying what they had to say (ie: showing off expertise), or just agreed to whatever we said. Second, they are available and patient in addressing each questions and concerns. Randy and Patty held our hands each step of the way and never left any questions/issues unanswered. Third, they are very organized and structured, which we appreciated for our first renovation. Fourth, they are great communicators. They informed us what was happening each day and it got done by the end of each day. Despite the tight deadline, they completed the project on time with high level of detail to the very end. Lastly, Randy, Patty, and their team are just a pleasure to work with! We are extremely happy with the new space and have already recommended them to two people. We would definitely contact them again for our future projects.
