Agler Bath renovated 2 bathrooms in our second home. Because the renovation was not completed in our primary residence, we worked with Chantal, one of Agler's designers, virtually. Chantal made the process non stressful. Chantal along with the owners of Agler emailed, called, and sent pictures to keep us updated on the progress. I highly recommend working with Agler. Joanne

If you don't want to read the details, I'll sum it up: Not a good experience, and I cannot recommend using Agler. We hired Agler to do a single bathroom remodel, and I will admit that the it looks better than it did before--but the bathroom they remodeled was from the 70's, so the bar was set pretty low. To sum up, Agler continually screwed things up and then "fixed" the screwups after the fact by finding workarounds, instead of actually correcting these things in accordance with the proposal agreement and design documents. Huge grout line at ceiling in shower? They install crown molding; and keep in mind we don't have crown molding anywhere in our house... well, we didn't before this. Shower valve placed at abdomen height and off-center to the right by about a foot because the installer didn't read the design document? Instead of breaking the tile they'd already put in and putting the pipe where it was supposed to go, they decided to install a slider bar at the center and connect a flexible hose. Yeah, we wanted the hose, but we didn't need or want a slide bar we are never going to use. Placement of bathroom sink cabinet drawers and door were ordered and installed flipped from their original position. This put the water pipes off-center and behind the drawers, which caused one of the drawers to not be able to close all the way. Not to mention, if there is ever a leak, we are going to have to remove the drawers to fix it. Agler's solution? Cut a chunk out of the back of the brand new drawer. Seriously? To top it all off, we had expensive hurricane windows installed a few months before this and, during the course of the bathroom remodel, Agler got grout all over the window frame in the shower stall, like a little kid playing with grout, and didn't bother to clean up after themselves. Nope. Not happy, and won't use in the future.

Agler Kitchen and Bath recently finished our kitchen remodel at our Bayview condo. Their personnel was always on time, worked when on site, and all very personable. Any questions we had were either answered immediately or communicated to someone at Agler who had the answers. Remodel included a small bit of reconstruction to make the 20-year-old galley-style kitchen more modern and functional. The finished product was exactly what we had in mind and was done correctly the first time and on time. With that being said, Agler was also extremely competitive as we did secure three quotations. We have another ocean front condo on the island and when that remodel is required, Agler will be the company we call exclusively. We were very pleased and I would highly recommend Agler. They will be our "go to" company in the future! THE BEST COMPANY WITH THE BEST PEOPLE AROUND!!!

We are so pleased with the quality of workmanship of Agler Kitchens and Bath. Everyone in the company was good to work with. If we had known how good they were, we would have stayed away and let them do their job and return upon completion. This was a complete remodel, cabinets, countertops, and floors.

Agler Kitchen & Bath is a family enterprise that does a great job. They designed a complete remodel for us, including removal of walls, complete new kitchen, guest bath, plumbing, flooring, & more. These people do a great job, & are fun to work with. My wife & I would definitely recommend them.

We had our kitchen remodeled and also the tiling throughout the entire apartment. The design work was well done. They helped a lot and also listened to our ideas. The kitchen layout was very good. In addition they put in a Wag monorail that we wanted curved around and they designed it well and put it up. Nice cabinet work as well. Overall recommend them for remodeling. They kept to their budget.

Carpet was installed, 5 mos. latter seams were showing. I called sent pictures and as of today (6 mos. latter) nothing has been done. A lot of talk no action.. Sorry great to work with in the beginning but when a problem occurs they run for the hills. Won't recommend them .

Agler to the RESCUE! I am having my house repaired and remodeled after a broken water pipe flooded the entire house. I picked out tile from another company after many visits and had my contractor contact them. They told the contractor that the tile I chose was a special order tile and would take six weeks to get in. That piece of information had never been mentioned to me during any of my trips to that store.. I needed the tile ASAP since the job was close to being completed. I went to Agler and the girls in the shop were more than helpful. They let me loose in the store so I could choose tile boards and samples that I thought might work in the price range I was looking. The let me walk and crawl around the store to make my choices. They let me take boards and samples with me so I could see what they looked like in the proper setting of my home. In addition, I knew exactly what the cost was going to be before I made my choice. I certainly appreciated that as a customer and the transparency it showed as a business. The personnel at Agler could not have been more helpful, from the girls in the store to the personnel at the warehouse, and most importantly they got the tile to me in a few days so the work on my house could continue on schedule. I certainly appreciate the service I was afforded as a customer by ALL the employees at Agler. A great place to do business with!!!!!

I hired this company for a bathroom remodel job. I am very pleased with their work and their expertise! They were very easy to talk too, they understood exactly what I wanted and I was impressed by their professionalism. I will consider hiring them again for my next remodel project!

We just started a renovation of a newly purchased condo. Connie was extremely helpful and patient as we refined the layouts of the kitchen and baths. We picked out flooring, cabinets, counter tops, fixtures from catalogs and samples within their showroom. Connie pays attention to all the details and that makes it easier to trust her and believe we are getting the best service.
