Horrible labor and customer service! Would not recommend this business at all! Caused additional work and damage to my home.

Yesterday, May 8, 2023, Bath Experts did a complete Jacuzzi shower-install system for us. Our old cast-iron tub and the tile walls around the tub, etc., were totally removed and converted to a shower-install system with marble walls, clear-glass shower doors, a bench seat, chrome grab bars/shelf, etc. A big 'Thank You' to our 'hard-working installers', Chris Hicks and Troy Quinby. They did an Amazing Job for us! Chris and Troy tirelessly worked non-stop until the job was totally completed and everything was thoroughly cleaned up. Our new Jacuzzi shower system can be summed up in one word: EXQUISITE!! A special thanks also to installers, Brock and Dave, who were available in the afternoon, and worked with Chris and Troy ~~~ and therefore the job was completed in one day instead of two. Our bathroom now has a beautiful 'new look'. We are overjoyed and totally pleased with the end result. Thank you Bath Experts ~~ and also thanks to Linsey for her initial help and recommendations; and to Taylor and Tara for their professionalism in keeping us updated on the job status.
