Beautiful Bathrooms

We were fortunate to have Brian and his team transform our fifties' nightmare green plastic nightmare into a classy art deco style bathroom for our 1912 house. No wall was straight, but the team incorporated our products and design with great energy and patience Brian even provided follow-up care instructions for the tiled floors. We never a had a bit of trouble with the project. That Beautiful Bathrooms reno helped sell our home a few years later.

Was very excited to work with Brian. He came twice to look at our job in Aldershot. We liked him and were confident using him. The problem is we never heard from him. He said he would have our plans within a week. Weeks, months later, we still don't have plans. I emailed him multiple times wondering if everything was ok or if other jobs were taking up his time. He would email back that they were to come next week. Still nothing. I don't know why he didn't get back to us. Confused!

Attentive to our needs during design, started as planned, and completed on schedule and on price. Thoroughly skilled and professional. Work site spotless at the end of each day. We will be hiring them again for kitchen work.

Brian's team gutted our small, 1950s bathroom several months ago and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work. They sealed up the house before demolition, left the bathroom neat everyday, and took care with installation. Tom and Chris were our crew and they were fantastic and patient. Brian was professional, responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Brian (Beautiful Bathrooms) is THE best contractor I have ever hired. This is the way ALL contractors should work! Very thoughtful and comprehensive estimate. Brian took his time getting accurate measurements, provided an itemized, written quote and offered several suggestions for options/upgrades (but no pressure to accept any of them). Travis and his crew showed up on time every day, put down drop sheets from front door to the job site on the second floor, and cleaned up the workspace at the end of every day. The quality of work is outstanding. Fit and finish is top notch - no tile lipping, no uneven walls, etc. When we had an extra request partway into the job, we discussed the options, agreed on the price (always written, always reasonable) and it was happily completed by the crew. Brian's response time was never more than about 20 minutes. Again, outstanding. 6 months later, we love our renovated bathroom every time we step into the shower! Can't wait to have Brian and his crew back to renovate our kitchen when the time comes.

Beautiful bathrooms have now completed two bathroom remodelling projects for us. We have been very satisfied with the quality of their work. We initially liked the amount of detail in their estimates and the help and advise they provided. The workers were very friendly and put in the extra effort to complete the project on time. They were also very helpful after the project was completed. Almost two years after the first project was completed we had trouble finding a replacement bulb for the night light and they found a supplier and provide us with a replacement at no cost.

I hired Beautiful Bathrooms for a small bathroom renovation. I had the tub replaced, tile surround installed & a new toilet. I could not have been more satisfied with workmanship, quality & professionalism. The team were respectful, hard working & did the utmost contain any mess. Brian instills an element of trust that you'd find in few contractors. He is honest & upfront. I was also very impressed to his response to errors. There was a mix up & the wrong toilet was initially installed. He had his team out the very next morning to correct the mistake & install the correct toilet.

I am very pleased with the complete bathroom renovation that Beautiful Bathrooms did for me. I was impressed with the company from the beginning after reading on their website that they have worked in condos and high-rise buildings as I live in a high-rise condo. When Brian came to discuss the project with me, he put me at ease regarding the work and explaining everything, including the products used to greatly reduce the chances of mold in the future which was a big concern of mine. I felt comfortable having the workers in my home. They were clean, even to using drop-cloths in the hallway outside my unit. I apprciated their experience and expertise when some plumbing issues required creative solutions. I noticed their attention to detail as they installed the tiles. They were patient with me and answered my questions and explained what they were doing when I asked.
