We love our master bath remodel...our third major project with David at ContractorMen. David and his crew held true to form with excellent planning, a true willingness to accurately meet our requests, and their usual quality workmanship. What an improvement over our old bath!

We hired Contractormen for a deck project. David and his crew were prompt, reliable, and did very high quality work. Before the project, David took extra time to make sure he understood what I wanted, and he was very thorough with the prior planning. Totally satisfied with the whole process and the results.

We have just completed our second big project with David and we couldn't be happier. ContractorMen built a stone front porch for us ten years ago and we've been so happy with it that when we were ready to add a screen porch and deck on the back, of course we called David! He is extremely easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted, explored a variety of options, offered suggestions and then made the project happen. Perhaps the thing I like best is the fact that David's primary goal is to complete a high quality project that his client will be completely happy with. He doesn't feel hurt if you reject his suggestions (something that happens quite seldom) and he works hard to find solutions to make your project the best it can be. I can't say enough good things about David and ContractorMen. This business was professional and up front from start to finish. The deck on my townhouse needed to be rebuilt and I had several quotes prior to deciding on them to do the job. I first got a quote in 2019. However, a different project took priority. Even after a year, David was professional, courteous, timely, and informative in providing a new quote. David's crew were also the same. I was impressed with the quality of workmanship as I was home and could see the work being done. Except for a few rain delays, the project was completed on time. The professionalism of everyone was most impressive. David changed a few items as he believed that some adjustments had to be made for the better as compared to the quote, and the price stayed the same. Even more impressively, David called me over a week after the final payment to see if I was happy. The workers also did the same as we progressed through the project. Just good people! One final comment, ContractorMen was not the lowest bid. I learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. Furthermore, trust is also very critical and I had the trust feeling from my first conversion with David.

“Not your typical contractor” – we hired David and his team to design and build an outdoor pavilion and fireplace for entertaining. The results were beyond our expectations. David was able to source locally milled lumber and helped us create a masterpiece that not only will stand the test of time, but also supported the local community for supplies and labor. The design ideas and attention to detail that David brought to our project were not only innovative but also functional. From the time I first contacted Leslie in his office to set up the initial consultation to the final walk on the project to turn it over he and his team have been hands on. Most contractors set up a job and might visit a few times, David was onsite almost daily, in fact on multiple occasions he personally grabbed tools and worked with the crew to make sure we staying on schedule. This was a large complicated project and David and his team turned it over on time and on budget - highly recommend!

We had a covered breezeway to the garage with slippery tile and a sunroom behind the garage that was awkwardly placed and seldom used, you had to go outside the house to get to the sunroom. We had ideas that came beautifully to fruition through the efforts of Dave and his company. He worked with us on plans- which included a new roof, new walls and a new floor over tile and deck. He also worked through city permits. He answered the phone when we called and responded in a timely manner. He was easy to work with and has lots of contracting experience. We are trilled with the result and get many compliments on the lovely result! We now can safely walk to the garage and sunroom in all kinds of weather and now use the sunroom all the time. David from ContractorMen does excellent, quality work. He is a true craftsman. He took our unfinished basement room and made it into a kitchen that is better than the one upstairs! He made a wine cabinet (full wall width) that my husband is in love with. He made our island into a masterpiece. He put crown moulding and other finishing touches throughout our house. He was constantly in touch with us on updates and progress of the job. I would definitely recommend him.

Contractor Men did an outstanding Living Room complex renovation. Installing a Pella Double Hung window cut through a brick wall is no easy task. They made it look like it was always there. They also built a custom bench seat, bookcase combination under the window. The scraped the stipple ceiling, installed dimmable LED can lighting and flat wall mounted TV. David Walters and his team were easy to work with, professional, showed up on time and neat. Awesome job!

I hired David of ContractorMen to add 1500 sq feet to my home that included a master bedroom, office, and a basement. David was very professional as well as flexible to my needs. The quality of his work is exceptional and he always stayed close to the project, keeping me informed and ensuring that I was comfortable with progress every step of the way. Contractor Men helped us update our outdated 1976 main level floor plan to a stunning 2018 plan. I would highly recommend them for more work.

We had four bathrooms renovated, which involved new tile, heated floors, new showers, cabinets and counter tops. Contractormen worked with us until we were completely satisfied.

We were in need of an ADA bathroom and bedroom. We had an idea of how I wanted the spaces and it was important for me to maintain a non-hospital like feeling. David and his team took our ideas, made recommendations we didn't even consider and worked within our budget. Everyone who visits comments on how they don't even notice the ADA portions but more the quality of the work and the hotel feel.

We had to remove hanging fluorescent lights. David suggested an LED arrangement that would actually work better and last longer. Work was done quickly and before deadline. We couldn't be happier. We have since consulted with him on other projects in the future.

This summer, I bought a small, older cottage on Lake Lanier. I hired David after reading reviews on Houzz and I am so happy I did! When I met David he told me he wouldn't be the cheapest contractor but he would be reliable, honest and provide great workmanship. He did all of that and more! He transformed my 1979, 1100 sq ft house, into a dream cottage on the lake. He provided quotes on everything and really, his pricing was very reasonable and competitive. He made suggestions throughout the remodel on things I didn't even think of and helped bring my vision of cozy and upscale cottage to life. David installed shiplap throughout the house and tongue and grove on the ceilings. He scraped off the popcorn ceilings in the three bedrooms and kitchen. He installed canned lighting in the kitchen, laundry area, family room and dining area. David took out an ugly stove pipe fireplace and the stone surrounding it and it opened up that corner to make the family room seem so much larger. He installed beautiful wide-plank hardwood flooring in all three bedrooms and refinished the existing hardwoods in the kitchen, dining and family rooms. He refinished all of the doors in the house and installed all new hardware. David installed a beautiful wooden front door that completely transforms the entryway. David built a huge (6ft) mirror that looks like a window in my dining area...he is an amazing carpenter! He installed a new HVAC and water heater. He suggested installing a short and wide water heater in my crawl space so he could build shelves in the closet in the kitchen where the original water heater was....best suggestion...I have so much more storage in my kitchen now! He also put up a fence around my backyard and added three gates. I asked David if there is anything he can't do and he said no....and it's true! You will not find a more honest, dependable and pleasant contractor!

We have been living in the same house for more than 25 years and have done numerous remodeling and renovation projects. This was by far the BEST experience we've ever had with a contractor. David and his team made the project very collaborative and even fun (and who can say that about a remodelling project!) David was timely, professional, and helpful in every aspect of the job, even suggesting a better color for our kitchen island granite countertop than we were originally thinking. His other suggestions resulted in a finished project that exceeded our own expectations. All of his workers were pleasant, courteous, and excellent craftsmen and women. The project was completed on time and within budget. We loved working with David and would recommend him without reservation or hesitation. We were new to the area and found David utilizing this site. His reviews were very consistent with what we found him to be: detail oriented and knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and timely with updates and accurate with cost estimates. We contracted David for several updates to the house we purchased that included exterior door replacement (3) including a custom3 pane slider, removal of a load bearing wall, and numerous kitchen updates (cabinet modifications, drywall and electrical work and a vent hood installation). Throughout the process David was very patient (we went through about 3 scope expansions through our own indecisiveness) and provided updates and options to the changes so we could make the best choices. I would highly recommend David and his team for anyone looking to have work done to their home!

First David worked on my four windows on the 2nd floor. He replaced the siding and 4 windows which included painted the new siding and trim. He did such a great job, I hired him to complete what used to be a kitchen, wet bar, master bathroom, hardwood floors and guest bathroom. My ENTIRE house has been renovated with David. He assisted me in finding the perfect cabinets that would work perfectly in the spaces. The bathrooms were a bit of a challenge for me, but not for David! (I have little to no storage.) The 2nd bath has a large floor to ceiling cabinet for all those extra towels and those items we need from time to time. We worked together to find the best layout. In the wet bar where it used to be an "L" shape, we configured it in a "U" shape allowing more usable space. The challenge came when trying to install the wine refrigerator. He came up with a plan to build the wine refrigerator into the cabinet with modifying the cabinet to accommodate the size of the wine refrigerator. It looks fabulous and flows great! The hardwood floors pop against the white cabinets. In the Kitchen: The microwave is tucked in the island to allow more above counter top cabinets. It also allowed me to have a fantastic hood vent that sports my love of stainless steel along with the backsplash we picked. If you can see it on the photos the tile has stainless steel and glass. I wanted to take a moment to say "thank you" for all your extra efforts on items that we not agreed upon on the original quote. He is very easy going and great to work with! Do yourself a favor and hire him! You will be pleased with the results. Again, Thank you David!

We were looking to make some renovations to our house - primarily our kitchen. David was incredibly helpful in providing sound advice and options. It's clear he focuses on quality too. He was very responsive and courteous when we needed him and finished our project on time. In short, he exceeded our expectations.

We hired David to make some repairs to the outside of our house and also to paint it. What we thought was just water damage ended up also being termite damage, the scope of the project grew. David was always up front with what needed to be done and would take the time to explain why. After getting into the project even further we discovered water damage. Areas I could not get to he would take photos or video of the damage so I could see. I appreciated his professionalism so much. In fact one night he voluntarily came back over to the house at 10pm because an unexpected rain storm came in and he didn't want any water getting into the house. David and his subcontractors did beautiful work and believe me it included masonry work, trim work, framing, electrical, painting, roofing, rebuilding a chimney. With the extra damage that was found our price on the project went up. Every time there was a change order David would go back to his estimator program and get us the price to fix it. If after he got deeper into a problem area and found it wasn't as bad as he thought he would adjust the price. I found him very fair. After bContractorMen finished with our house it looks brand new! We already have plans for him do other additional projects for us.

David, the owner, is the best. He is nice, professional, responsive and does a good job. My project was a smaller $15k job that included taking down a wall to open up the kitchen, a partial kitchen renovation, putting in French doors, and resurfacing the ceiling. Some other contractors told me my job was too small for them but not contractor men. I would definitely us them again on my next project.

We had just moved here to Georgia from Katy TX we looked at the BBB to make sure we would not have a problem and found Contractormen. We chose correct. Dave Walters answered every question we had and then some,he helped guide us through the process of choosing the cabinets,you can really make a big mistake,but not with Dave .The cabinets are amazing quality built they have a beautiful finish. He also steered us to the places to help choose the granite, did I mentioned we just move here so he had to send us places and if we had any questions he always answered his phone and never put us off.Dave knew we were first time renovators and calmed our nerves He directed us exactly where to go for the granite .So helpful and Knowledgeable. He made us feel as if were number one. His crew is so professional and so polite and cleaned up every day before they left. Tearing down the old cabinets was to say the least nerve wracking but Dave's motto is IT ALL GOOD and it is . When the kitchen was all finished and Dave said his goodbyes I felt as if I we had made a life time friend not a Contractormen ......Forget the rest get the best call Dave !

When David first came to give me a quote I was unsure about what to expect. He was one of a few contractors that we had come out to give us an estimate about the work we needed done and it was my first time dealing with a process like this. I have heard many stories about people getting screwed by contractors who are less capable than they put off and end up doing work that looks bad or is not at all what was specified in the contract. After talking with David over the course of the estimate time I had gained greater confidence in him. He seemed confident, knew what he was talking about, and was willing and able to answer any and all questions that I threw at him. The work that we were having done initially was no small feat, either—removal of a load bearing wall and replacing the floors in the entire bottom of our house with hardwood floors. After comparing costs on the contracts we received we decided to go with David because he seemed trustworthy and he quoted us a fair price. I should say at this point that my wife and I were going to attempt to do some kitchen remodeling ourselves during the course of this work. We knew we were a bit in over our heads but we wanted to gain some life experience and try something new. At one point David came over to assess the work again so that when he came back with his guys he knew exactly what he needed to do. When he saw what we were doing (carving out the dry-wall in the kitchen after we peeled the backsplash off) he gave us some advice on how we could do it better and even demonstrated some things to us. If that’s not excellent customer service, I don’t know what is! We were in and out of the house periodically to work on our stuff as David and his guys did their thing (we had not moved in yet). It was after a couple of weeks of our own work that we realized just how in over our heads we were. We had been talking with David about the kitchen work and he let us know that if we wanted he could do the kitchen work for us as well. He explained that he could help us get a pretty good deal on some new cabinets and countertops. He wasn’t pushy at all in this and just told us that it was something he could take on and do for us. We mulled it over and decided that if we were going as far as we were we might as well get it done by someone who knew what they were doing. While he was at it we also had him scrape the popcorn texture off of our ceilings and smooth it out. If you weren’t keeping track the list of things he did for us included (1) removing a load bearing wall and supporting it with a column (our choice due to cost), (2) replacing all flooring throughout bottom of house, (3) redoing kitchen (which included removing all old appliances and cabinets/countertops, fixing the walls we tore into, installing the cabinets, supervising countertop installation, and installing appliances (including a new range hood that vented to the outside!)), and (4) scraping the popcorn ceilings and re-finishing them to be smooth. He managed to get this done in 1.5 – 2 months and my wife and I could not have been happier with how it turned out. We were always happy with the progress when we came to visit the house and David was always happy to show things to us and keep us up to date. Any time there was an issue that required some decision making he had no issues giving me a call and explaining simply what the issue was, what needed to be done to fix it, and what cost, if any, there would be to us. I REALLY appreciated that. It made me feel like I was always in control of what was happening to my house and that we weren’t going to have any unexpected “surprises” down the line. Throughout the time he was there I got to know David a little bit and can say that I genuinely enjoyed talking with him. He’s a smart guy that really enjoys what he does and knows how to do it well. I liked him so much, in fact, that I even gave him the washer and dryer that came with our house so that he could give it to his mother, who needed a replacement. To sum up, I would recommend David to anyone looking to get some work done on their house. He was professional, timely, cost-conscious, and an all-around good guy. I know that if I have any work that needs professional help in the future I will be calling him again.

I had ContractorMen do some repairs on my roof. The service was very professionally done, and within the timeframe they stated. I was overall very satisfied. However, I thought the pricing was a bit high for the work done.

What a pleasant experience! My wife and I "interviewed" a few contractors before pulling the trigger on our home addition and kitchen remodel. David Walters stood out as a man who knew what he was talking about, was prepared to give us a firm timeline, and had integrity, a quality that is becoming harder to find in today's world. We worked with a designer who knows David, and we also used a few subs of our own. David was the guy that made it all come together when working with "our" subs, and it was evident that he had our best interests at heart. Contractormen built a large covered stone porch attached to the front of my house. They had to match existing stacked stone.

We used ContractorMen to repair 1/3 or our house that was damaged by a water pipe bursting. We had to deal with insurance and remaining within a budget and David Walters helped us every step of the way. He put a great deal of time into listening to what we wanted, sending us detailed bids and revising them multiple times to meet our needs. Every single worker that came to our home was clean, on time and completely respectful to our home and family. There are so many fly by night contractors that leave mid job! That would never happen with ContractorMen. I have recommended David to several of my friends and will continue to do so as well as look to him for any future home projects we may have. David did an excellent job for me. His craftsmanship is first-rate, and he completed the job on time and within budget.

I had my deck done and they did an awsome job! They demolished my old rotted deck, removed the debris, built and stained my deck just as they promised. They did a clean fine job. I plan to use them again to do some additional work. There is no longer a need for me to look for other companies because they do so much!

ContractorMen did the construction work on my Home Theatre. The job was completed on-time and I am very happy with the results. I think I have one of the most beautiful and functional home cinemas I have ever seen.

The project was to pour a patio 12x25 feet. Concrete slab, stamped, and color concrete and sealed. The important factor was to enhance the appearence of the backyard and turn the dirt into useable space. Overall, the project exceeded our expectations. We received many 'wows' from friends and family. The crew was professional, curteous, and effective.

ContractorMen completed about a dozen projects for us over the past 4 years. In all cases David met or exceeded my expectations. His pricing is competitive and the quality of the work far above average. He gets first call on all new projects, from painting and repairs up through major construction.
