Our bathroom was 23 years old and needed updating. We had our master bathroom remodeled by Custom Professional Remodeling. We had a great experience working with Sergey and his team. Sergey understood what we wanted and gave good advice when consulted. All work is done by the CPR team (no subcontractors). They showed up each day on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. The workmanship and attention to detail was top notch. At the end, we had an issue with the free standing tub that we ordered. It took a few weeks to get a replacement from the supplier, but as soon the tub came in, Sergey and his team came back and installed the tub and finished up some other small details. We are very happy with the hardware, cabinets, tub, tile and other features installed by the team. Now we have a new modern master bathroom. We would recommend CPR to anyone looking for a good company to do remodeling work. When it comes time to remodel our kitchen we will use CPR again!

Sergey and his team of European craftsmen were the ideal partners for our expansive condo remodeling that included kitchen, laundry room/closet and flooring. I can’t say enough about how great our experience was with C.P.R. And Sergey! Our neighbor had him renovate their guest bathroom and was so impressed with the work that she recommended him to us. We had been planning a kitchen renovation for some time but were unable to find a contractor that we liked. Once we met Sergey and saw his proposal for the kitchen I instantly knew he was the right person for us. Our renovation involved removing a wall, changing location of the sink, stove and oven along with the installation of hardwood flooring throughout the downstairs. The drawings he did for us looked great and the pricing was very reasonable. He and his crew were very meticulous, professional and responsive. His crew showed up when he said they would and often stayed late. We couldn’t be happier with the final product which in fact exceeded our expectations. If I could give him 6 stars I would! We will always go to Sergey first for any future renovations!

Sergey and his crew were very professional. He showed up when he said he would for the estimate appointment for a main bathroom remodel, and even came back a second time to review more details upon my request. His pricing seemed very reasonable compared to other quotes which were higher. He showed me pictures of his own bathrooms he remodeled and I could tell he would do a top notch job. He was very comfortable and experienced with what I was asking to do (some other companies were not sure about some items, like heated floors). His crew (long time employees, not new people picked up off the corner that day) were prompt in arriving the first day as scheduled at 9am, and every day they arrived at 9am (except for as couple of days off). They were very clean, put down protective floor covering and cleaned up the site at the end of each day. The quality of work was unbelievable - I did not have to scrutinize anything because they did it all correctly the first time. I recently had a kitchen remodel from a different company where I felt like I was the project manager, but not so with Sergey’s team. I am very picky, but had no issues or redos for what they installed. I am just amazed at how wonderful it turned out. Also, Sergey was always very responsive for communications and easy to communicate with for what I wanted, and he even went above and beyond and made improvements on my design. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

We decided to remodel our master bathroom -- indeed, completely remove the old and reconstruct it. That included relocating and enlarging the shower, removing the bathtub and installing a new one, installing two sinks rather than one, replacing the toilet, and installing new floor and wall tiles. Ceiling lights needed to be rearranged. -- After contacting Custom Professional Remodeling and have them inspect, measure, collect data, we very quickly received detailed drawings suggesting what could be done. After further consultation, the drawing were updated and a detailed proposal and cost calculation were received. We then concluded a contract. -- Work began shortly thereafter. No more than two people worked at anyone time (thus there was minimal inconvenience and disruption). Carpets and surfaces were covered with protective material, any sawing, cutting or similar work on materials were done outside the home (on a patio), the work was completed substantially on time and was followed by inquiries in days thereafter to check whether everything was all right. -- All in all, the work done was of first-class quality, accuracy according to the plans, and carried out in quick, very considerate, and professional manner. We are completely satisfied and give this firm our highest rating and endorsement.

Sergey was wonderful to work with. He was extremely responsive if we had questions and all work done was top quality, we will definitely reach out again when we decide to remodel the other bathroom. I’m grateful for a smooth, easy process for such an important project for our home.

Custom Professional is a great company. I had my master bathroom remodeled.. The design I chose and the final product was exactly what he produced. The owner/operator was very conscientious about the kind of work he did, making sure that all the old material was removed each day His professional knowledge and certification in more than one trade also helped a great deal and saved time in not having to hire additional contractors to do the plumbing or electrical. I secured many bids before settling on him. I would without a doubt recommend him. The work consisted of custom cabinets, plumbing, a warming elements for the floor, tile to coordinate with what I already had, custom linen cabinet and installation of lights, electrical thermostat for the element and beveling on my mirror as well as installation of two new toilets with new fixtures.

Sergey did a great job, and I would recommend him to anyone remodeling a bathroom, big or small. The master bathroom we had renovated was very small. But he listened to the ideas that we had, and let me know if they were doable or not. He was very helpful when I was picking out everything. He would let me know if something "didn't go" for the look I was after, with the shapes or sizes of faucets, sinks etc, and helped me find an alternative by emailing me links from websites. I LOVE our new master bath, and his attention to detail when it came time to set the double vanity, or lay the tile was exceptional. Our bathroom came out better than I would have ever expected!
