Working with Jacob and his team was a pure pleasure in making the vision for our bathroom a reality. He partnered with us every step of the way, helping us to navigate the various options we had to fit our taste and budget. Jacob managed the project site with respect, insuring that things were neatly organized and cleaned each night before leaving. He was able to accommodate all our special requests, especially those that required him to work around our several pets. Because the bathroom project was such a success, we have hired Kirk Carpentry to make modifications to our finished basement. In addition, we have passed his card to many friends and neighbors who are in the process of hiring this firm for their projects as well.

Jacob and his team did a two-level addition on our home. In addition to adding/opening up our kitchen and living area on the main floor, they redesigned the existing space and added a bedroom on our upper floor. They also added a new bathroom. Four years later, we are still extremely pleased with the work. The whole house felt new and more livable. We will definitely go to Kirk Carpentry for any future projects. The team was also very sensitive to the fact that there were young children around. Safety first! The project stayed on budget.

Jacob did a great job replacing an exterior door in my home. It is an old house with some quirks, so it took some figuring out to get a standard size door to fit in, but he did it with no problem and we have already gotten compliments from the neighbors. Jacob gives a very detailed and clear written estimate so you know exactly what is included and what isn't. He is prompt to respond to emails and arrives when he says he will.

I moved into a small old rowhouse in Baltimore with a kitchen that may have been updated in the 80s. Jacob magically transformed this old kitchen making the most of every little space. In fact, he found space we never knew was there. The kitchen is beautiful.
