We used Elements for the first time for two jobs. One was windows, and the other was a bathroom remodeling. The whole organization had good communication, and Mike gave us great information when he came out as a coordinator. Mike was very good. He was very efficient. His teams, who are the people you really rely on, were very, very good! There were two teams for the projects and they were both very skilled. They kept everything nice and neat and they kept us ip to date on what was going on. They were very personable.

Elements Home Remodeling did an entire Kitchen remodel for me. they then repainted the entire house, refinished all the floors and did a partial bathroom removal. The project manager always called to let me know what was going on, and Mike himself also called to check in. I can't complain about the experience! I don't live there now, but everything looked spectacular!

Elements Home Remodeling was professional and timely. They walked me through the process and what the product was. He compared his product to other products and showed they are different in how they install. The price wasn't an issue so much choice wasn't about price. The timing was good as they were able to do the job within a couple of weeks. They communicated through the process.

Elements Home Remodeling was by far, the most prompt with responding to my call out of all the companies that I contacted. Additionally, their prices were the best that I got quoted. We maintained a great level of communication through out the whole process. They built a beautiful landscape patio for our backyard and I couldn't be more pleased with the work. They were always in time, respectful of my home and cleaned up well. This was my first time using them and I would definitly recommend them.

I typically don't write reviews - except when there is an experience that needs to be shared (good\bad). We needed to upgrade our windows something that my wife and I didn't know a whole lot about. We did some research online however we still weren't able to get a clear idea of what would make sense for us. We decided to contact to a couple of companies that we often hear on the radio and TV and start there. The first company gave the typical sales presentation ending with the back and forth "call my manager" and "for today only" garbage as we got to price. The second company didn't even show up although they touted they were best in service. Not only did they not show up, there wasn't even a call providing an excuse -we ended up calling them 30 mins past just to get a chuckle out of what their excuse would be. So things weren't looking good. We were introduced to Elements through one of our friends who highly recommended them. Let's cut to the chase - our experience with Elements was by far the best we had with any home service/contractor. First, Mike provided us with detailed information on what we really needed to know without the pressure to buy. He knew his stuff-something that skeptical folks like us can sniff out rather quickly. He knew the product, the market, and more importantly he zeroed in on what we were looking for. He walked us through the process and what to expect and when. At this point I was still skeptical thinking this is too good to be true - expecting the delivery/execution to fall short. Contrary to my pessimism, his crew was professional, courteous, and skilled- they showed up when they said they would. Mike and his team reached out to us throughout the process, reminding us what was going to happen next and when. Bottom line - Mike and his team delivered product and service beyond what we experienced in the past - they did what they said they were going to do. Without hesitation, we would work with Elements home remodeling again - highly recommended.
