The crew of 3 did a fantastic job taking a very basis plan and making it great. Kept costs low, projects were completed in a timly manner, and kept the project sites cleaned up. They did so good that nieghbors didnt even know we did 2 remodels and thought the porch and garage were always present from the orginal build.

My first project with EVEN KIEHL started with a bathroom remodel. They are so meticulous and creative.They did an amazing job. My wife's favorite part was how clean they kept the work site during renovation. Everything thing they promised turned out to be even better. Since the original bathroom, I have had them re-model 2 more bathrooms and an entire kitchen. The kitchen was an amazing transformation. These guys are the best no question at all !!! I would recommend them to anyone, in fact they have done many of my family's members project.

I asked Even Kiehl to remodel a 67 year old master bath. That had been upgraded a few times by different owners over the years. The budget was $5500. They covered the old walls and ceiling with new wall board. Refinished the tub.(beautifully), tiled the floor and surround. Appropriate lighting and fixtures. It's the best looking 48sq' bathroom I've ever seen. And the kicker is the ceiling shower fixture....WOW.

I love my new bathroom. Even Kiehl was able to give me the custom shower that I always wanted. They made the old work with the new. They have a strong work ethic, kept the construction mess to a minimum, and were conscious of our needs and wishes.

I rent an older home in Frontier Park area in Erie. My kitchen was sorely out dated. Upon recommendation to my landlord, Tom provided a reasonable cost solution to a difficult layout. He beautifully crafted a custom corner sink and cabinet for space saving and ease of use. Tom's talent is his artistry! Somehow, I have more of what I need in my kitchen, and GAINED space! I would recommend Tom without hesitation!

We recently hired Even Kiehl to renovate two bathrooms. While the project is currently underway, what I have learned is that it is very easy to work with Tom in the planning and design phase. Careful attention is given to listening to the homeowners' personal preferences, styles and objectives. Guidance and opinions are shared as a professional always with your ultimate goal in mind. In addition, they have a rather different philosophy. When they start a job, they stay with it. They don't start the job and just stop. They stay until completion. This rarely happens with construction projects. Further, during the demo phase, they are careful, respectful of your environment and clean. Much can be said for being "clean" alone! So from someone who is just starting the process, I will share you that this phase - including demo is excellent.

The ultimate goal of any remodeling is ending up with a quality job. Even-Kiehl Remodeling not only accomplishes that, but so MUCH more! We just had our bathroom remodeled, and not only was it done to perfection, Tom and Ryan were a pleasure to be around. I wanted my basement finished but I also wanted something special, to stand out. I called Tom Kiehl, he came over, we talked about several options and 6 weeks later I had a beautifully laid out gorgeous basement. The bar area with hand crafted slate and oak trimming stood out. Beautiful full bathroom, never thought my nicest bathroom would be in my basement, but it is. Fireplace with comfortable reading area. A work out room and tons of storage area. Tom was meticulous with every decision. He truly took his time and did things right. He may be the cleanliest home remolder EVER! Most importantly, Tom had the utmost respect and integrity during the entire process. He had since come back and finished other projects. 100% recommend.
